They will never answer the call button. My mother wasn't mobile and they left her in the same clothes for 3 days and nights. If you ask for any help you don't get it and if you do it's done in an hateful manner. Never a smile on their face. I feel so bad for the people who are in the nursing home section that have to endure this type of care everyday. The food is not edible. The facilities are clean and satisfactory. The rehab as far as the OT and PT is good. That is the ONLY good thing you can say about this place. Please do not put anyone you love here. They will not be cared for. My mother would go home before she'd ever go back here!

I went to the ER with an acute abdominal Pain and after a…read morequick triage was put in an ER room ( not the cleanest one). The nurse told me I would need an urine sample but didn't give me any directions and left me alone in the room. I could hear people laughing outside the room but nobody came to check on me. When I finally stood at the door asking for help since my pain was increasing I was told that a provider would come when possible. The provide never came. I decided to walk out and when I told the person at the front desk in the ER she just said "ok". What I suppose was a doctor follow me and asked me why I was leaving I answer that I diidnt received any care and he just said "ok" same with the nurses at the door. They even laughed. Nobody cared about my pain. People in that place are cold and unsympathetic. I walked out to go to another ER.

Once I had a ruptured disc and in extreme pain. He sent me straight to have a MRI. Then straight to see a surgeon (there's usually a long time period to receive an appointment).He (his nurse sandra who has become a true friend usually calls) always calls to follow up on my progress. Office manager and staff have not one shred of empathy for people who have been through losses…read more They are condescending, and have refused me healthcare multiple times today, and are beyond unprofessional when it comes to medical notes. They didn't explain to me at all why my request was continuously denied, these are women btw, you would think they would have a bit more of an understanding when it comes to pregnancy losses, and pregnant women with autoimmune diseases. Anyways, they lost three patients today. This is honestly the very first issue I have had over here so it's really disappointing. I have no issues with the doctors I have seen, ( Dr Pollard and Dr Jones-Moon, who actually did tell me two different things in the situation) but their female nurses and office manager both have awful bedside manner considering their professions. I and my mother spoke to these women today, and they are super caddy and unprofessional. All I needed today was reassurance and an explanation, and for some reason these two things are not within their capabilities as healthcare professionals.
