Established in 1977.

After more than 47 years in practice, Dr Laney wanted to expand the practice scope to helping the many, many patients in need of an answer for their joint pain and degenerative disease, without resorting to an unwanted surgery. After researching the very best alternatives, he discovered a consulting group that has shown many doctors like him, how to develop a clinic for natural Non-Surgical joint decompression. Especially the Accu-SPINA, which is the only non-surgical spinal decompression unit utilizing IDD Therapy, which is restoring discs and nerve roots back to a "younger" state - truly amazing. Our clinic is only one of FIVE facilities in all of South Carolina, with this amazing device to help our patients We are equally proud to offer our patients looking for precise, NON-FORCED correction, the Atlas Orthogonal upper cervical instrument adjustment. This Grostic analytical based instrument, was first developed by my Uncle Dr. Cecil D. Laney in 1956 and then by Dr Roy Sweat

Meet the Manager: Dr Wayne L.

Wayne G Laney, DC CEO Dr. Laney is the CEO of Upstate Spine & Wellness, LLC, and has been in practice well over 47 years. He enjoys the challenges of enhancing patient's health and wellness. He, and his wife, Marvelle, love the Upstate and feel this is where their "home' is. Dr. Laney has been a certified instructor in the Non-Forced, Atlas Orthogonal, Upper Cervical technique. He is also a Palmer College grad, former Dean of the Sherman College health clinic and a two term Vice President of the Chiropractic Society of Washington.
