This is the second time I've gone in to wait for a "preorder" with 2 "budtenders" in the place and…read moreneither one could glance in my direction to say "I will be right with you" so when they helped the third customer before acknowledging me, I left. You don't leave people hanging around the "preorder" counter without at least acknowledging them in some way for 5 minutes while you widdle away the line with two people manning the registers. I went five minutes away to another place and they literally had a guy waiting with a tablet and picked up my order in 30 seconds after ordering. Here's the kicker, there were more customers in this other place and only one budtender. So, this other place picked up a $100 a week, with tips, customer and Domes lost one.

The best i would say are Olivia and Eileen. No matter issue or question they are there to help. I saw a few reviews below that i don't think are helpful reviews on the store. For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day.

1 Star - Pathetic Customer Experience…read more Went to Big Gas Dispensary today, and I was absolutely appalled by the so-called "security guard" on duty. It's two days before Christmas, the parking lot is full (obviously), and this guy thinks it's his job to harass paying customers about where to park when there's nowhere to park! Instead of focusing on actual security, he's out there acting like a parking lot dictator. News flash: this is a dispensary, not a high-security government building. How about focusing on making the shopping experience smoother for stressed-out holiday customers instead of power-tripping in a chaotic parking lot? Big Gas, do better. I won't be back anytime soon.
