Called Limitless Potential who was referred to me by a dear friend to see if they could help me out. The price was very reasonable which was a major plus for me because money is tight being a single mom. All I can say is they far exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the work, professionalism, being informed every stepped of the way of the progression, and all my questions/concerns were answered. I was amazed by the work that I not only did my Master bathroom, but my hallway bathroom as well. I will be using Limitless Potential to do more projects at my house. Thank you Limitless Potential for easing my mind and making my first renovation project a smooth successful journey!!! He even had a rep from Sherwin Williams to come out and look at our project. Once started they spent a lot of time and care prepping everything from the cleaning all wood surfaces to taking care of a lot of carpenter bee damage (damn those things) as well as repairing some wood pecker damage. They took care and did a professional complete neat job in a timely manner. We had some rot damage areas that took us a full year to get repaired after they had finished everything else and they immediately came back out and completed the job. It looks excellent now. Communication was very good, pricing was intelligent, his crew was great, and they were timely, neat, and complete.

We moved stuff out of the area into every empty spot in the rest of the house and slept in the guest room. Based on experiences with other builders, we worried that we would have to keep things that way for a long time. They started the day they said they would, and they were here 8 to 12 hours a day, six days a week, until the job was done. The workmanship is top quality. Part of the project was to remove a damaged popcorn ceiling in the bathroom. The finished ceiling is perfect. Jovann did some minor drywall repairs in another part of the house where a crack had developed and where there was some old water damage. We expected that because the paint had been there a while, that you would be able to see where the repair is. You cannot, even if you know where to look. Jovann is easy to work with and has a good eye for aesthetics. He is resourceful and has someone who can do a great job with whatever is needed: HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, sheet metal, electrical, roofing, etc. We subsequently had JL Painting and Drywall finish some space in an outbuilding, and the workmanship again exceeded expectations.

As a paying client who purchased four docks, I was disappointed with how the relationship was handled when a problem came up. One of the docks did not conform to the Duke Energy lake permit, which created a real problem for us and our buyer. We had forwarded the approved Duke permits the same day we received them, well before installation, and have the email records to show it. Despite that, resolving the issue turned into a frustrating back-and-forth, with the company declining to take responsibility for the discrepancy. I found the communication unprofessional and dismissive at a point where I expected a contractor to stand behind their work. I can't recommend them based on our experience. If you do work with them, get every permit, drawing, and conformance detail confirmed in writing before installation.

As an example we had storm damage to one of our docks and it was looking like we would have an expensive repair. Brandon found some left over roofing material and came out himself to install it. The actual repair cost was about 1/3 of the estimate. We currently live in a location with a lot of higher waves. Brandon has been out several; times to repair damage done by some really heavy boat traffic. I have literally had to ask him to send me a bill. He kept saying, "I'm not charging you until we get a solution that works." His crews did some serious reinforcing and charged me a price that I was thrilled with. We have a large dock, with two of their excellent heavy duty lifts, as well as two Touchless covers. I could not be more pleased with the setup. I firmly believe that Custom docks are the best on the lake, and I am convinced that the service they provide is second to none.
