Landlord had to hire a contractor to remove all the stuff Jimmy sledgehammered from the bathroom $400, cleaning crew $300 and painter wants $250 to paint the bathroom, plumber $550 since they clogged the sink and the tub. Considering hiring an attorney since this circumstance has left me homeless from 4/1/25 - 4/20/25.
