I brought an $1800 oriental rug to this place and the guy did a terrible job. He let it sit in a…read morepool of water with no cleaner then let it "drip dry." The fringes were filthy and the carpet smelled filthy. I took it back and the same thing. Still smelled very bad with strong odors that he swore he'd get clean, definitely not like any cleaner had been used, even though he swears he cleaned it 3 times. He was whiny and defensive about the terrible job he did. He charged $300 for just letting it sit in water then drip dry... I'd find anyone else to clean your carpets. Just don't sense any honesty w/ him at all. Talk is cheap and didn't trust anything he said after the first "cleaning."

With family…read morecoming for the holidays, I knew I had to act quickly so I called around to get estimates for having the cushion cleaned. One of the services in Greenville told me the total would be $300+ to clean the entire loveseat and then sanitize it even though I only needed the one cushion cleaned/sanitized. When I called Angel's Touch, the nicest gentleman asked if the cushion cover was removable. I told him it was so he gave me instructions on how to launder and dry it and then gave me the name of a product that he uses in order for me to sanitize the cushion insert. The cover laundered perfectly and the insert has no trace of cat urine. This business did not make a penny off of me this time but if/when I have any other cleaning needs they will be my first choice.
