This review is long overdue. I first met Jesa in August for my micro shading consultation, and I…read morecouldn't be more happy to have met her! From our first meeting, she has always been honest and knowledgeable about her craft. She explained the entire process, answered my numerous questions (which I'm sure she has heard thousands of times), and really made me feel cared for. When I came in for my first appointment, she took so many measures to make sure I was comfortable. We chatted the whole time and the appointment flew by. And my brows looked the best they've ever looked (and they still do)! The color, shape, length...everything was meticulous. I ended up coming in for a follow up appointment in October just to make sure any bare spots from the healing process were filled in. While subtle, I'm so glad I went in again because she noticed an area that I never would have seen. Jesa is simply the best!!! I couldn't be happier with the results! The amount of makeup free days alone is priceless. If you are looking for someone who truly has the skills, experience, and an incredible personality--look no further!

I contacted Carol about eyebrow microblading/shading removal. After reviewing the photos I emailed…read moreher, she called me the same day. Even though I told her I was planning on finding someone closer to home to do the procedure (I'm in the Bay Area), Carol talked to me for 20 minutes and gave me her professional opinion on how to approach my brows. My brows have a beautiful shape - they are just faded and have gone ashy. Carol advised me not to go through the process of removal, but rather gave me makeup and coverage tips to warm up the color. I'm blown away that even though she knew up front that she likely wouldn't be getting my business, she took the time to talk with me and provide advice and guidance. AND, I always trust and have the utmost respect for business owners who end up telling you to do nothing - it shows they really have your best interests at heart! Carol is clearly passionate about her craft and her clients, and if I ever DO decide to do anything with my brows, you can bet I'll be willing to travel to work with her. Thank you Carol!

I mean Carol took so much time and care helping me figure out what the next best steps would be...weighing out all of my choices and explaining them in full detail. We had a follow up phone call a few days later. Again, Carol took great care in helping me figure out how to shape and fill my brows with my new purchased products. I've never had a consultation with someone who shows so much kindness and sincerity. She's a very talented lady that's been in the business for a long time, her experience is evident.
