    They don't deliver, you gotta pick your stuff up from the store which is mostly opened for 2 hours a day!

    A ups depot that is only open 7-9 and 5-7. Ridiculous... UPS can't man a counter for regular business hours?

    A package from Bedford to Dartmouth NS is currently on day 17 of not being available for pickup…read moredespite being in the warehouse the entirety of that time. That is 12 km from shipper to receiver, for context. I was told by a chat agent online it would be available within 48 after I requested I hold it for pickup on the agent's recommendation as I am 'guaranteed' to have it in those 48 hours. That was 209 hours ago and counting. When I went in after the first 48 hours I was told to come back the next day. I came back two days later and was told to come back two days after that. Here we are, three days after that. No update. On contacting Purolator's customer service again I was told to just wait until there was a change on the tracking information before the chat was abruptly closed due to 'inactivity' on my part when responding (I was typing for about 30 seconds). I do not feel a request to escalate the issue to the depot is unreasonable given the circumstances and I believe that I was not treated appropriately during this chat session in particular. It was once out for delivery 14 days ago, prior to my hold request. It was cancelled due to 'weather conditions'. This was after the package arrived at the warehouse the day prior and on a otherwise sunny day. I've been told, repeatedly, that this is a busy time of year and that is the cause of this delay. This is dishonest. No other delivery company I have received anything from over the last month has had any issue whatsoever. Items shipped from out of province to me weeks after this package was sent have arrived on time and in one case 2 days late with transparency as to why / when I can expect it after the first date fell through. This is only a reasonable excuse as to why a package is a few days late; maybe a week at most, not the two weeks it has been stalled on the final (and in my case only) depot. This is not an unforeseen busy period, it is a holiday that happens at the same time every year and an inability or unwillingness to account for that increased traffic is a failure of the business that is passed down to the customers inconvenienced by that lack of responsibility. This delay is due both to incompetence and an indifference to take steps to resolve that incompetence. I will not be using this company for any deliveries in the future.

    If 0 stars was an option, I would select it. Twice Purolator…read morehas supposedly attempted delivery for packages. Both times they left a note on the door saying that nobody was home. Both times I was home because I work from home. There wasn't a knock on the door or a ring on the doorbell. Both times I had to drive for 30 minutes to get my package. This is unacceptable.

    Oh, this secret little Canada Post branch was a Christmas miracle indeed!…read more Tucked away in one of the many stripmall-looking complexes of the vast plains of Burnside Industrial Park (about as easy to navigate as the warehouse in which the ark of the covenant was lost at the end of Indiana Jones), the adventurous among us may just find this little gem of national mail magic. Unknown to the wider public of late-package-senders and complicated-question-askers, this teeny tiny outpost had no lines and still friendly staff midway through the holiday rush. I could hardly believe it! The wonderful man behind the counter commiserated in my rushing through the supposedly cheery hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, found a cheaper way to send what needed to be sent without compromising on the delivery date, and even offered to better package it with some extra packing paper and tape that he had on hand. And get this: he offered to do so for free, simply out of the good of his own heart. SERIOUSLY, YOU GUYS. This place is magic. Don't tell your friends...

Customer service reported that it could not delivered because of a wrong address. I went there to pick it up. The address was RIGHT. I talked to the location manager and he claimed that there was no "unit number"!!. The business name is on it "Montebello Medical. Check Google Street View of "Montebello Medical" to see the street sign, it is more than 10 meters wide.

    According to Purolator their gps says that the parcel was delivered and yet the photo provided…read moreisn't my home. I provided photos of my home, clearly showing it isn't where it was delivered, but they say their GPS is accurate so they close the case. Not only that, I have a camera out front, and I showed them the time frame they said it was delivered showing no one came up the driveway. Their drivers have done this repeatedly. Absolute liers. Their GPS is just a general area, there are over a dozen homes in the area. They are criminal.

We were pleased and surprised when we read that the order had been shipped from Toronto on a Monday, arrived in Moncton on Tuesday, Made it to Halifax early Wednesday and received a second scan later that day (in other words it was unloaded from the 40ft trailer and scaned into their building). This is were our happiness ended. Knowing that it most likely wouldn't be delivered on Wednesday we waited and checked Thursday but the package still did not leave the Depot. Again, understanding that things can happen we waited until Friday before trying to call, just to see if it was being shipped or if maybe I could go to the depot and pick it up there. She was told that the driver scans wouldn't be uploaded until 10am so they wouldn't know until then what the status of the package was. She called again after 10 and checked the tracking number, the package still had not left the center. About 45 min later she received an update about her package that said it had been scanned into the center on Thursday?? and that due to bad weather the delivery of her package was delayed and that service will resume, weather permitting for Friday. We live less that 15 KM from their depot and as I look out the window at this cool and overcast but dry day, a day that the school kids have off so there is much lighter traffic on the roads, I have to wonder.... Why do they feel they have to LIE? I will never choose Purolator or recomend them because of this. If they had simply been up front and told the truth then we would have been Okay with the delay but being shady and untruthful, that destroys any trust I might have had with this company. I would suggest that if you have any options to use a different carrier then you should at least consider it. Sorry, but this really disappoints me and pisses me off.
