    So I have another order coming, which idk why it was sent via ups as the other half of the same order was sent via usps a day later. The package sent by Usps has already been received. Package being sent using ups was received in west sac on 6/17. Loaded on truck on the 19th. It was supposed to be delivered on the 19th but again, he circled around my area and went back to the hub with unfinished deliveries. Get an email that it'll be delivered Monday (6/22.) but nope, nothing. Then i get an email update saying it'll be delivered the 24th due to emergency situation or severe weather. Uhm it's sac. No severe weather here and what emergency situation? It's now the 24th and nothing. Then I another email stating that the delivery scheduled for the 25th may be delayed due to an emergency situation or severe weather. My package has been at the hub for a week now. This is getting ridiculous. And I've never had to sign for a package because I've ordered this item before (which was delivered via usps) so I'm confused as to why it was sent through a different carrier and that I have to sign for it. The package only contains a $20 cosmetic item! ‍

    I enjoy online shopping and in result of that I am familiar with many different delivery carrier services from UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. With that said, this has been my WORST experience dealing with an deliver carrier. I'll try to keep this short and to the point. I typically track my packages online so I know when to expect my package. I knew last week the package was going to arrive a day earlier than excepted, that was good news. First issue: Turns out the address was correct on the label, which was strange since it was correct in my email confirmation. Fine, no problem, I called UPS the same day to have that corrected in their system. I corrected in their automated system and was paranoid so decided call again and confirmed with a live person that the address was indeed updated. I then monitoring their online tracking system to ensure that action has occur. Talk about mistrust, I guess I just wanted to make sure it was good but it wasn't! Monday rolls around and I check my tracking and the SAME ISSUE was updated in their online tracking system. I have to say I was upset when I called UPS again and corrected the address again and was shocked they told me there was no record of first two calls to correct that issue. You would think this was the end of it. Another day goes by, the driver puts in the system that "THE RECEIVER NAME IS INCORRECT". I called UPS again and again no info was provided and what the issue since I have been living in same building for 3 years and never had an issue with delivery. I called 2 times that day to follow up because now I really want to get to the bottom of it. My second call on the third day I told UPS I would pick it up myself because I do not want to call them on the 4th day. In addition, I spoke to the apartment manager who receives the packages at the front desk and was told the driver refuse to go upstairs to drop off the package in the apt parcel pending lockers. Never have I once received a delivery notice on my door. If I received a door tag letting me know I can pick up the package that would be helpful! Isn't is protocol to leave me a door tag? I never received a signal door tag. I only knew about the delivery issue since I track my packages. My biggest issue was the misleading information put in their online tracking system, no door tag notification, and lack of communication with their customer. I hope no one else needs to deal with this kind of drama over getting their packages.

    Ample parking. Needed to get a Saturday delivery out a bit late for the ups stores. Went here. Got in and got handled under 5 minutes.

    Located across from Raley's…read more For there being a Federal Shutdown the person that help me was very friendly and patient. I went here to mail a gift for my Aunt's Birthday in December on the East Coast. I had it packaged up in an old Amazon mailer all taped up and they accepted it as proper mailing packaging. I asked for the cheapest method of mailing (Ground Advantage and it comes insured and with tracking) and it would get there in 5-7 days, which was perfect. She doesn't need it till the 2nd week of December. With the holiday rush starting in November I thought I would get it out early. The holiday rush won't guarantee anything on time. Parking is pretty good. They have a small lot to the right of the post office. It used to be to the left, but they made some changes. I've been lucky by going off peak hours and have always gotten a spot. If it's packed you can always park in the Raley's Parking lot and walk across the cross walk right in front of the Post Office. If you are just dropping off a letter there is a blue mailbox out front. If you need to rent a mailbox they have them available here. You can either pay by them month in person or you can put it on auto draft.

Called their number, rings then hangs itself up. Tried to file a missing package report but can't do it until after 7 days. The USPS processes and protocols are awful. They should answer the phone so they can contact the carrier to correct the delivery. Very disappointed.

    Yeah it is seriously outdated (1960's) and only ONE person runs it. In fact, when she goes to…read morelunch, the office is closed. People need to realize that this is not your traditional post office and treat it as such. It is tucked away in the corner of an older shopping center where Arteaga Market is. They use this location mostly for other postal processes that are not done at the main hub on Industrial, hence having to sometimes ring a bell for service. They just open the doors out of convenience figuring hell we can give services to the public while occupying the building. Otherwise a full staff here would not be cost effective. It still has active PO boxes inside. The one person Sherry who is here is very knowledgeable and knows postage. We have used her for larger scale business problems or if I have a real question the 1-800 number cannot answer, she usually can. No she is not warm and fuzzy but she is friendly enough meaning being a staff of one, there is no time for dilly-dallying or idle chit chat or dealing with clueless people and I can appreciate that. So if you are in a hurry or have a zillion questions, this is not the location for you! Don't come right before 5 or around lunch time. You come here for a simple "I need to buy postage" or drop off a package.

One from their Stockton office and one from their Sacramento Office. The Stockton delivery showed up about a week late overall and 1 business day (3 calendar days) after they called me to schedule delivery. This wasn't a huge deal because the delivery wasn't time sensitive to me. Still not super professional to no show after you schedule a delivery. The second delivery wasn't time sensitive in that I absolutely needed the goods ASAP, but it was in the sense that I had to coordinate my schedule and wait around 4 hours in order to receive it. They called me on Friday to tell me the shipment would be delivered between 10am-2pm on Monday. By 4pm on Monday, I called them to advise the delivery never showed up. Lady on the phone told me it wasn't out for delivery there was nothing she could really do about it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was directed to "Mike" in their Sac office. After listening to me rant for a few minutes about how they wasted my day, Mike called me back and asked if I would be available to receive the delivery after hours at 5pm. They loaded my delivery at 4:30pm in West Sac (about 108 degrees at the time) and delivered it to me in Elk Grove at 5pm. I can only assume the extra $50 they had to spend on Fuel and overtime pay for a driver to stay a couple hours late probably meant they didn't make much on my delivery. Mike helped a bunch. But it seems like it would be much easier to just set a realistic timeframe for delivery. If you're probably not gonna make it, don't book it for that time. If you're gonna be late, call. :)

They didn't show up. We call they said the door was delivered to the wrong address and they already installed the door. This whole thing is bullshit. The company is notoriously "missing" items.
