Regarding surepost delivery: post office hours are posted and available online as well. UPS drivers should STOP falsely reporting that customers are refusing to accept packages and sending them back. They should simply state delivery attempted or will attempt delivery next day verses sending things back, which results in consumers having to wait 3-5 days to have their items credited, as well as a waste of resources and man power when having to reorder the items because your drivers are making false claims! read more

I arrived at this location on a Tuesday at 5:45. They were closed. No explanation at all. Even though the sign on the door said their hours were from 4:00 to 7:00 pm they were closed. This was my second trip there trying to mail a package. As unreliable as the post office is, you'd have better luck there! read more

The is not a UPS Store with full services such as wrapping. This is a main shipping and receiving facility where trucks unload and where local delivery trucks are loaded. That's why they have odd walk-in customer hours. There is an all-day drop off at Advance Auto just up the street. Either adjust to the walk-in hours or pay online and print a label at home. read more

Hours for drop off that won't fit in the box are now 9-11 am and 4-6 pm. WTH? Why not all day? People on lunch breaks from work can't drop things off, no one can for five hours in the middle of the day. And there doesn't appear to be another drop off location in this town. read more

UPS refuses to deliver packages. They say the address is incorrect or doesn't exist. Total fabrication. I have a steep gravel drive, and I have told them they can leave my packages with my neighbor. They won't do that either. Instead they haul it back to the "Customer Service Center" where it sits until I can pick it up. Have to hurry though. They close at noon. They don't even call or attempt to notify me.I am beyond frustrated with these people. read more

Worst delivery service around!! I pay for 2 day shipping and it gets delivered 10 days to 2 weeks later!!! The driver lies and says he attempted delivery to my daughter in Waynesville but she is there and he doesn't come!!! There is nowhere to call to complain!! It is so frustrating!!!!! read more

Looking on the website for tracking information, it says "The street number is incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address." I called to find out what the issue was since I have been waiting with the door open and NEVER saw a truck on my dead end road! I call the 800 number and made sure they had the correct address, which they did, and now having to wait, again, for medication delivery! Now I am told I will be called in an hour to "see if the medication can be delivered today"... not good at all UPS, especially since I am out of my meds! read more

I was home all day yesterday waiting for delivery of a package but I received an e-mail stating that there was no secure place to leave my package or signature required... that is just unacceptable when I and my son were both home all day. They say they attempted delivery at 11:15 am and that was a lie. What is so hard about doing your job ... So far I have three packages that UPS is to deliver to my home. One package has been out for delivery five times counting today and each time at 8:30 at night and exception-emergency situation or severe weather happens and it starts the loop all over again. We have had multiple other carriers deliver to out home so weather cannot be the issue. When I call the 1-800 number for customer service they tell me there is nothing they can do. I find this very unnerving since they are customer service if they cannot help the customer then why do they exist? I have sent numerous emails to UPS but no response. Anything but this continual loop that now three packages are in at Sylva, (one since 12-9-17) on truck, out for delivery, exception has occurred, new delivery date and over and over and over again! I just want someone to send me an email to explain and apologize for what has gone on and is still going on! I am seriously thinking about not purchasing from companies that use UPS! I have offered to have the driver leave the package or packages with the house at the beginning of our road (before it starts the incline) but nothing has gotten our packages or a response from UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
