    This was my package left at the wrong address, not on the porch with an open door. It shortly began to rain on my expensive electro

    SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK! WITH UPS FORT MYERS This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The photo of my package shows it was delivered to the wrong location, and when I called to address this, the representative was incredibly rude. She insisted she used the GPS to drop it off and hung up on me when I tried to explain that the address on the label is correct when checked on Google Maps. My grandfather worked for UPS for 30 years, and he would be appalled by this level of service. Leaving an expensive item in the middle of nowhere is unacceptable. UPS should hire more responsible drivers who can correctly read labels. Where is my package? ***Update 1*** Attached are photos of the driver who successfully located my address and delivered my package today. Unfortunately, the package, containing a valuable electric piano, was severely damaged and left outside in the rain overnight. I urge caution when using this service. Did the owner of the facility just request that I contact them through Facebook? Are these people serious? Are they children? ***Update 2*** I spoke to a UPS representative who said they would deliver the damaged item today, as I was the original sender, and they would call me within 24 hours with an update on my replacement item. None of this happened. ***Update 3:*** Despite being advised to contact the service center via Facebook, which I found quite unprofessional, I followed their instructions. I was assured that I would receive a call, but this did not happen. I am deeply disappointed with the deteriorating quality of service from this company.

    Done on purpose, because I complained about this facility and it's customer service.

    Not really a ups center for customers. They can't even use a scan code for returns. Was sent here by another ups location.

    Worst service ever. Even for UPS. The lady helping me was just so rude. I can't even begin to explain how much of a jerk she was.

    I have been coming here for over 20 years. I always prefer to give my business to small business…read morethan the government. I went in there this week to mail a certified letter. The tall guy behind the counter looked miserable- was also rude and condescending had a bad attitude. From other reviews here on yelp apparently this is the way the guy is. I asked him for a small 5 inch piece of tape to put on the back of my envelope because I forgot to do it at home. He informed me it was going to be a dollar. A dollar for a piece of tape? I told him I've been coming there for over 20 years and his snarky comment was "we'll go talk to the owner She's outside". I told him I choose to bring my business there for 20 years because it's a small business and nobody else charges for a piece of tape. He threw my envelope down on the counter and said "then go somewhere else- here is your FREE piece of tape". I ended up just paying for the certified letter because I was in a rush, but the owner was walking in as I went out, and I stopped her and said the same things to her. I tried to School her on good customer service. She argued with me about how people come in and they lose a lot of money because of tape. I explained to her sometimes you got to just eat it as a business owner and if it cost you $50 a year in tape to be Customer service friendly then that's a very small price to pay in this environment. She looked at me and was dismissive. Guess the extra dollar she is making on maybe 10 people a year is gonna really put her over the top with revenue. There's another postal place on College Avenue which I'll be going to from here on out. What a fool.

If I weren't there I would have gotten 3 crates of tiles delivered to my driveway. Then he left saying he'd call in 2 hrs and come back later. 4 hrs later I got a call and drove 30 min back to the house. I asked him to help bring the items inside a covered area because of the rain, which was starting. He refused saying his truck couldn't move further. I found large sheets of plywood, as we doing hurricane repair in the house. He watched me lift the heavy plywood to put in an area to side of the driveway. No help. The kicker, I told him I needed to inspect the items before I accept the delivery per the sticker on the box and the company. He said he was busy and they closed at 4pm. He said he wouldn't wait. I asked him again to wait so I could inspect and accept delivery. He refused, got in the truck, and pulled out. I've never ever had this type of experience with a delivery driver or anyone for that matter. I was shocked and disappointed.

Hailey was exceedingly rude from the start. I needed to ship a bracelet and asked which service would be the least expensive. Her nasty reply was, "I can't choose the service for you. " I said, "Fine but if you could give me an idea of the rates I could choose. ". Her answer (again nasty) was : "They're all within a few dollars". So I never did get an answer to my question. Then I asked about insuring the package for the value. Again nasty: "Go back where you bought it; they'll probably do it. ". I explained that I work for the company where I bought it. They do not. Then (nasty) she said, "Go to a pawn shop. "To my knowledge they do not do that. So I also question her knowledge. At that point I said I would go elsewhere. Hailey said, "You're really rude. ". Now I'd had enough so I said, "That's the pot calling the kettle black. ". On my way out Hailey said (very sarcastically), "Have a nice day. I love you. " I have used Omni for more years than I can remember and I was always pleased with the service (Erin)...until now. I will not be back, at least as long as Hailey is there. If this review is removed again I'm calling the owner. I'll get his name from a former employee.
