I moved here from South Florida a little while ago and I needed to go to a podiatrist. My neighbor said that I go to upper line in Palm Coast and they surely help you with your needs. I went there. They couldn't help me they said because I had Blue Cross that I would be treated as being an out of network. I asked them well. Do you recommend anybody else and she said well most people don't take private insurance we all take Medicare. I don't know if she really knew or just gave me the standard answer that they give anybody who walks in their door and says oh no if you don't have Medicare or Medicaid, we don't wanna see you I won't ever think about this place read more

I have been going to this facility, Dr. Milliron, for about a year to have toenails trimmed. I do not have any problems with my feet, but as a diabetic I was advised that I should have a podiatrist trim my nails. At my appointment today, I was directed to the X-ray room. When I asked why an Xray for a nail trim I was advised that they require an annual x-ray. I want to point out that as soon as I questioned the need for an x-ray the atmosphere changed. I refused the X-ray and was basically shown the door. I did advise that x-rays were a waste of time and money as I was leaving the facility. In my view point, this was an unnecessary procedure for a nail trim. I guess it's just another method to milk medicare and private insurance. This is my last visit to this facility. I made an appointment for a sore ankle. When I got there I was told unless I signed papers giving them control over my entire health care I would not be able to see the doctor. I saw Dr. Andrew Green 10 yrs ago so when I went to schedule my appointment online it saw I was an established patient. i received online appointment confirmation 2 days before. As I was driving to my appointment I received a call saying they needed to reschedule me as they didn't see new patients at my appointment time???? seemed odd so I said if I called to cancel 20 minutes before my appointment what fee would you charge me because that's what you owe me for wasting my time and gas, I hung up and definitely deleted them. read more

I was very disappointed with Dr. Hilaree Milliron as a Podiatrist. After finishing my feet they were rough and unfinished. I usually had to ask her to smoothen out my feet. Not a good experience especially after being there so long along with a bad office experience. read more

I went to Dr. Milliron for a painful hammertoe issue. Dr. Milliron reccomended a procedure that was minimally invasive and had a greatly reduced recovery time. Since then all is well and I have no more pain. I highly reccomend Dr. Milliron for any foot issues. read more

I went there for ingrown toenail. They did a good job on cutting it out & claimed it would never come back. So far 5 stars for that. But every follow up visit they would cut & grind my other nine toes. I always left there with a bleeding toe. I asked for different doc for next visit, left with bleeding toe. The docs are very rough & blase about what they do. I WILL NOT go back to them. read more

Without going into details of the service provided, at this time I will just address billing. When they thought that I owed money, I heard about it in every possible way. Now that insurance has paid a major portion of the fee and the group owes me a refund from the money they insisted I put down, I cannot reach the billing department! I have called several times with no response. The last phone call I made I received a voice message at the billing department, cannot receive any more messages. Insurance paid up a month ago. I have had the worst experience with this practice; now called Upperline Health in Palm Coast, FL. I saw three Podiatrists in this practice. The first was good; but, after two visits she went out on maternity leave and did not return to the practice. I then saw Dr. Watkins who took over for her. On my first visit, she seemed annoyed that I requested she trim my nail vs. the Medical Assistant (MA). She trimmed my nails and then had the MA use the Dremel tool to smooth the rough edges. I should have checked my nails before I left the office. When I got home, I checked my toenails and two toes had significant chunks broken out of the nail. The MA did a very haphazard job with the Dremel tool and she damaged my nails. The Doctor did not check her work. I then scheduled an appointment with a Dr. Milliron at the practice and saw her today. She preceded to tell me that I do not have coverage for getting my toenails trimmed. I have been treated by the this practice and the previous doctor (Dr. Jane Walter) that was at 11 Florida Park Dr. for four years with getting my toenails trimmed because I have Neuropathy and RSD in my feet. I left the practice in disgust because she refused to treat me. I am done with this practice; it has been one bad experience after another. I do not recommend this practice they treat patients horribly. read more

Extremely unhappy with the lack of competent care and unprofessionalism of office staff at the Palm Coast office for my visit. The young lady at the front desk wasn't wearing a mask, and more concerned with her cell phone call then tending to her work. The office is very old, looks like it was thrown together as a satellite office, and had an odor about it. The Doctor was ok (Dr. Bobbi H.), but the problem wasn't resolved, and although I am not a medical professional, I would think she would dive a little deeper to get to the root of the problem. In addition to this, I asked what my bill was upon leaving, I told the front desk person I wanted to pay in full, which I thought I did. I get a subsequent bill in the mail for the same amount I paid in the office. I called the accounting office, and was told I owe nothing, and to discard it. Today, I get an email that I have another balance, I called, and they said yes, it is valid, insurance didn't cover what "we" thought it would. I provided my insurance information prior to appointment so this wouldn't happen. I also asked the front desk person to double check so I did not have another balance. Obviously, no one did an in-depth analysis of what my insurance covered. No one checked on me after procedure. I do not recommend this practice. There are other stellar podiatrists in Palm Coast. Dr. Watkins saw me within minutes of my arrival, in fact, I was out of the office ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time. She was thorough, explained everything I needed and treated my foot. Had an extremely bad experience with this office. Went for my 1st visit and had to wait an hour before seeing the doctor, was there for a total of an hour and a half. Mainly an hour of waiting. Came back 2 weeks later for a 2nd visit. Only to be told I had a balance that need to be paid or I could not see the doctor. I have not received a bill or was informed that I had a balance. Needless to say I did not get to see the doctor and the staff was rude to me. If I knew I had money due I would have brought money with me, but that was not the case. Dr Walton did surgery on my foot in October 2015. She did such a bad surgery l had to have surgery on the same foot by another Doctor again. Warning don't let a podiatrist operate on your feet when it has to do with bones always have on orthopedic surgeon do it. read more

The staff there are completely incompetent. They have actually sent in prescriptions to pharmacies for the wrong patients, which is extremely dangerous. read more
