I moved here from South Florida a little while ago and I needed to go to a podiatrist. My neighbor…read moresaid that I go to upper line in Palm Coast and they surely help you with your needs. I went there. They couldn't help me they said because I had Blue Cross that I would be treated as being an out of network. I asked them well. Do you recommend anybody else and she said well most people don't take private insurance we all take Medicare. I don't know if she really knew or just gave me the standard answer that they give anybody who walks in their door and says oh no if you don't have Medicare or Medicaid, we don't wanna see you I won't ever think about this place

I have been going to this facility, Dr. Milliron, for about a year to have toenails trimmed. I do…read morenot have any problems with my feet, but as a diabetic I was advised that I should have a podiatrist trim my nails. At my appointment today, I was directed to the X-ray room. When I asked why an Xray for a nail trim I was advised that they require an annual x-ray. I want to point out that as soon as I questioned the need for an x-ray the atmosphere changed. I refused the X-ray and was basically shown the door. I did advise that x-rays were a waste of time and money as I was leaving the facility. In my view point, this was an unnecessary procedure for a nail trim. I guess it's just another method to milk medicare and private insurance. This is my last visit to this facility. Also, the doctor always managed to trim my nails too short which was painful.

I had an ingrown toenail that had become so bad I had to have to taken out. So I found Dr. John Northrup an all I can say is he is amazing. I was so scared an nervous about the shot in my toe and cutting it out the whole procedure. But he made me feel so much better. He explained everything and assured me that nothing would hurt not even the shot an I wouldn't feel a thing. Well he was absolutely right! I felt nothing at all. An the whole Procedure was done before I knew it. I couldn't believe how easy he made it. He then gave me my after care paper work and I was in my way home. I can't express enough how gentle he was and made me feel ok. I highly recommend him for all your feet needs. He is definitely the best. A the office staff has always been very nice as well.

This podiatrist should be avoided. The two procedures Dr. Sullivan performed failed to remove an…read moreingrown toe nail and both procedures failed to prevent the toenail from being ingrown. The facility itself is old, smells moldy, and the furniture is "icky". The receptionist isn't friendly. 2 stars, not one star because the nurses for both procedures were cheerful. The bill for the procedures for service performed June 2nd 2025, was sent to me on March 11th 2026. When presented with my dissatisfaction the Dr. and the District Manager cared less. If you are in Palm Coast, you other options to care for your feet.

If I could give minus multiple stars, I would!! Dr. Li charged insurance for clipping my elderly…read moremother's nails and did not touch her feet (for the 2nd time). I had before and after pictures of her untreated feet. When I called the office to request her nails to be trimmed, I was immediately told that my mother would have to find another doctor. They didn't even acknowledge the issue, Dr. Li abruptly released her "for complaining", which was the reason I was given. This time I reported him for Medicare Fraud. I have no use or respect for a "doctor" who takes advantage of the elderly! So BEWARE if he is "treating" your parent at a facility and make sure you actually get the service he is billing your insurance for.
