I just did them and continue to do them because they're exhilarating and give me what Miss Amanda aptly terms an "inner lift." Now I particularly appreciate that Miss Amanda takes time to give us background about the practice. And as a longtime teacher of other yogas too, such as Vinyassa Flow, she's able to correct our alignment and modify difficult moves when we need it. As a bonus, her classes are by donation, so there's some flexibility (usually between $10 and $20) on the price---and she has occasionally brought in a musician to accompany us live!

The air was sweet and fresh and the natural setting recharged my pranic battery. Audrey volunteered to take us on a little hike and we sat on boulders along the banks of a slow flowing stream in the sun dappled shade of the surrounding woods. They have the best dog and the food surpassed my highest hopes. I loved bethel farm and hope to return.

They have classes on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. I've only attended the Sunday morning class. It starts at 9am and runs for a solid hour and a half. The pace starts out mellow, then builds to the serious poses and then tails off at the end. There's some stuff in the middle that's beyond me at this point, but I still feel comfortable and not pushed past what I'm comfortable with. I find that there's a good mix of routine and new positions in the classes I've attended. As I mentioned previously, I'm a complete novice, but this place is legit.
