The staff was also so willing to assist me with a coat drive collection this last November! Dormont Library is a wonderful place for community and a great place for any research project and study. A gem of a space in the heart of Delmont. Even though the…read morespace is on the smaller side, it is packed with a lot of great resources and titles. They also have a wide variety of programming for people of all ages. I enjoy that they have a community garden and encourage learning about and participating with it. They generally have some puzzles out for adults (or really any age) that want to participate in the communal effort. They have many computers available for use. One of the more unique features are the kits that they have available for kids. They are bags that have a variety of books and activities for kids to participate with to immerse themselves in a particular subject. Their summer reading program has TONS of programming with events during the day and evenings and weekends as well. Free and convenient parking. Librarians are cheerful and eager to help. A great place to find a new favorite book or author!

I'm ashamed to say this is my first library card since I graduated from college. The librarians were super helpful getting me and my husband library cards and telling us the great benefits. They have a lot of ebooks and online magazines that you have access to with your library card. They also have wireless Internet available, but you have to have a library card to access it. There are about 6-8 computers with internet that you can use and a printer. There aren't many tables to study (maybe around 6). When I studied I needed headphones to concentrate because other customers and workers can be a bit loud. My only wish is that they had a quiet room to study or read... and it would get another star. And I also wish their hours were better, but it's still quite nice for it to be close to where I live. I'll take more pictures when there are less people around!

The facility is spacious with an inviting room for children, quiet areas for adults and excellent meeting rooms. The Library is clean, organized and welcoming. There is a full monthly schedule of activities for all, both during the day and in the evenings. In addition, the staff listens to the needs/wants of the public and responds by scheduling workshops requested. I have attended various workshops at the library including yoga, talks and a concert, just to name a few. I am very impressed with this library! Thank you Rostraver Library for serving the community in such a beautiful way!
