I have to update after my previous good review. I ordered a sausage sandwich for my young son from…read morehere, and the quality was not good at all, in fact the sausage had bits of gristle in there. I would not go here again after this experience, thumbs down. Their prices do not reflect the cheap quality of their food.

Its a typical greasy sppon batch bar.but oh my god they taste so nice!!! especially after a heavy night before. On a sunday morning me and my work mates used to get them quite often, ( i do not work weekends anymore but i think my collegues still get them). My favorite is the sauasgae and mushroom torpedo!!!! omg, i can not tell you how nice they tastescrummy scrummy. The bread is always very fresh, the sauasge are really tasty so is all there other food but they are definatly my favourite. They do a great menu from full breakfast bloomers, bacon roills, sausage rolls, eggs, pastries, chocolate, crisps, cold meat rolls, salads, plated breakfasts and salads et, pork and stuffing rolls, pies, drinks, soups etc etc.and all at great prices. The staff are salt of the earth, funny, loverly people. They also do deliveries for big companies so i have been told although can not confirm this. The place is always kept clean and tidy and its nothing speciial inside or anything just little and basic but its the food.its proper english greasy gorgeous day after drinking grub!!! my hubby is a chef and he calls it chavvy food, but i do not care, sometimes you just need basic, fatty food to soak up everything else!!! its great and I think many people in Rugby love it too.

We ordered through the Just Eat website and the food came in the 50 minutes the website estimated. The delivery was friendly and polite. When we unwrapped the food from the chip papers and polystyrene cartons we were very disappointed . The donner kebab I ordered was had no salad or chilli sauce that I had requested. The naan was soggy and the kebab meat was pale and looked very un-inviting. My partners kebab had the lettuce and onion but again no sauce and the naan was the same also soggy but the chicken tikka was dry and crispy. Both of the polystyrene had beads of water on the inside of the lids from condensation. The chips we had ordered were brown and dry they like the kebabs looked un-edible. My son had pop corn chicken that looked OK but it was that minces chicken inside the southern fried coating as was my daughters chicken nuggets. Unhappy with the order I phoned up the takeaway to complain. The man who answered the phone argued with me that the food was fresh and that the kebabs had sauce on them. The man said he would get the manager to call me back in 5-10 minutes because I asked for the food to be replaced, and he said he couldn't speak good English. 20 Minutes had passed and the manager hadn't called back so I phoned the takeaway back. The man answered the phone and said he didn't have the authority to send out any more food so I asked to speak to somebody who did. He said nobody did and I had to wait for the manger when I tried to explain that we had waited far too long already the man on the phone kept interrupting me and when I asked him not to interrupt me he had the audacity to hang up the phone. I tried to call back but they were ignoring my call. Defeating the object of having a home delivery, I got my partner to drive us to the takeaway. When I got here I passed the man, whom I'd spoken to on the phone, the food over the counter and again asked for a replacement, he said his manger would be back after he's made his last takeaway delivery. Knowing he was lying I said what the manager is the delivery driver?. After some deliberation between the 3 foreign workers in their language, they decided to replace the food. The cheeky man behind the counter passed me a bottle of water and said in his words to cool down, on the house The meal was replaced and they passed me a 1.5 bottle of coke and extra chips for my troubles. The food, when we finally sat to eat our meal at home, wasn't the best quality, but cooked to the best of the ability of the very under-trained staff. I had never experienced such terrible customer service , well lack of it before it was a disgrace!. I defiantly wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I wouldn't recommended for anybody to eat in the place aether as they have a some grubby, dirty sticky tables and chairs in there. The floors also looked as-though they've never seen a mop. I would defiantly not have ordered from this place if I had seen the state of the place before.
