Pizza and onion rings very good. Very clean

Food wasn't that great. I order the cheese ravioli and when I got it, and start eating you can see it was water, and realize the ravioli was frozen and thaw out kinda and the tomatoes sauce taste like it was from the can. I didn't mind as I was hungry coming from laconia during bike week. But what bothers me, being in customer services, is the person who was taking the order and serving, was just standing around? Playing with her hair and staring, at time, at my table. She mad it seems so boring. I think you might only want to order pizza there and no other dishes/food from there. read more

Pizza was good, and it came out pretty quickly. The dough was soft and not too thin or too thick. I also ordered a Greek salad. It was only alright. It looked clean inside with several booths and tables. You order at the counter, but then the staff will deliver your food and bus the table. read more

Stopped in to get a couple slices for the road on our way up to ski country. Took 20 mins to get our slices (cheese and pepperoni) after being told the pizza had just come out of the oven. When they finally arrived, they were flavorless and barely warm. If I'm getting bad pizza, it had better be cheap and fast, ours was neither. read more

I eat here whenever I am in the area at mealtime. My favorite is their Antipasto, which has everything in it that should be there. Last night I had their special which was cheese ravioli with pesto and included a generous sized salad. It was as good as anything I have eaten in expensive Italian restaurants. The bread is fresh. My family and I stopped here after a day of shopping and had an excellent pizza. We just had plain cheese but it ha a lot more flavor than the chain pizza places. They were quick too, I arrived before my pizza was ready and they got it to me right away. A good deal for a great pizza. read more

This place is under new management. I was surprised by all the reviews here of the old management - I liked the old Upper Crust. Our family had been going there for a number of years and the pizza was the greatest! The subs were very generous, and the service was fine - for a counter pizza place. The new Upper Crust is adequate - and we have been there a few times. The prices are on the higher side, and that would be fine - but the food does not measure up for us. The subs used to be very generous - they are now adequate - and why pay their prices for Subway size sandwiches? They are using thinner bread rolls, and although the flavor of the Italian sub is fine - it is way too easy to finish. The pizza cheese blend includes cheddar - which is very different. It is no longer the Italian style that we enjoyed. We will be in search of our new local pizza place. read more

Compared to the service the food actually wasn't half bad, just popped in and got a small margarita pizza that I was surprised with, decent crust good sauce. However, we walked in half hour before close, three guys at the counter, restaurant empty and not a single one of them greeted us or said hello..... definitely didn't walk in to make friends but I could tell off the bat these dudes were annoyed cause they had to work and they had already cleaned up to close . Also as soon as I was done ordering the dude who took my order instantly was like "guys rest of the orders for tonight are to go" never heard of a place having hours open until 9 and then telling people they can't eat there LOL. Was ordering to go either way but that's just bad service. Laziness and rudeness seems to be a common theme in the reviews about this place. Pro tip for the owners: 1. Service goes a long way. 2. Don't clean the place up until after close or change your hours. 3. The food is overpriced, I'm not from the area but the competition from what I've seen around is making just as good of food with better service for the same price, $15 dollars for a small margarita is pretty crazy. Have eaten here a few times because of working in the area and wasn't impressed. Prices are somewhat normal but they don't fill their subs/wraps to the fullest. I got a steak wrap and I didn't bite into any steak until about a quarter of the way down the wrap. They never get the orders right either, I ordered a bomb and got cheese and mayo only. We only stop by this area only once a year and made sure to come back here! Super fast wait time, not too crowded, and yummy food! The woman who served us was very helpful and nice. The place was clean and comfortable. We got the gyro, cheesesteak, and a cheese pizza. All the food was delicious and we had a really nice lunch there. read more

Fantastic restaurant! Not your normal pizza - unique types of pizzas that are super tasty and better than any other pizza in the area. In addition they have great entrees and fantastic sandwiches. Upper Crust in Tilton is different from the chain of Upper Crusts in MA, and much better. I highly recommend it! read more

Just tried to order a pizza to be delivered. I was told delivery radius was 5 miles and my address is 5.1 miles away. They would not make an exception. Girl who answered the phone was very nice and apologetic, even tried to appeal to her boss while I was on the phone to make an exception, but he WOULDN'T! That's what I call TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand you gotta draw a line somewhere, but come on!!! read more

We wandered in for no better reason than we saw the sign when we got off the highway looking for lunch and would rather eat local than chain fast food. We were so glad we did - the antipasto appetizer is really a salad, with lots of lettuce, but a good selection of antipasto toppings and a delicious italian dressing served on the side. It was plenty for five people. But the star was the pizza. We got the three-cheese (O Sole Mio, I think). The sauce and crust were delicious, a must in my book, and the cheese was plentiful - altogether a perfect pizza experience. It was served piping hot on a little pizza stand (good since the tables are small). Service was friendly, if not overly fast for a pizza joint. The bathroom was adequate, but clearly there is a rust issue with the water and I think they've just given up on dealing with the rust stains in the sink and toilet. read more

Have been going there for 4 years now. Never overly impressed. This weekend ordered the large chick sub in a pocket. Paid almost $9. There was not enough chicken to make a small sub. Way overpriced! Will take their menu out of all our rental properties. Never Again!!! read more

Aweful service. We stop quickly for a takeout order. The guy working at the register was a total idiot and quite unfriendly. It was very difficult for him to understand the concept that we were ordering one sub, to share... Once he finally figured it out, he then was very confused about our request of "no black olives" - I assumed he had it figured out when he correctly repeated it back to me... but sure enough when we got our sub, it had nothing BUT black olives on it.. So when I returned it, he was a total jerk about it, and continued to talk badly about us in the kitchen, which I totally heard through the order window. Guy was a total jerk, and I have no idea whey he is in the service industry.. I would never go back, and never recommend anyone going to that dump. read more

Today was my first and LAST visit to this restaurant. The women working the register, apparently the owner, had a miserable attitude toward me and my guests. We placed a large take out order which should have pleased her, but seemed to set her off. I was told to wait outside since the order would take 15 minutes; it was 15 degrees, be real. One of her staff apologized for her attitude. Oh, the food was not impressive and extremely overpriced. I'd suggest visiting Subway across the street! read more

Really good food! Everything is made fresh. While we were dining we had the chance to meet the owner and hear his story of how he got to be where he is now. The atmosphere was very welcoming and all the employees were extremely friendly! The prices were fairly reasonable too. We can't wait to go back again!!! read more

I went here today for lunch and the owner was extremely disrespectful. The service by two younger folks was fine, they were very kind but apologetic of the owner. We ordered a pizza in which everything on the ticket to the kitchen was written correctly. She was cooking and had messed up our order. I went back in and asked for it to be fixed in which she threw our toppings on our pizza and rudely replies there while pushing it back. She did not cook the toppings into the pizza any longer to give it flavor. I responded with the fact that I have been waiting over an hour for one large pizza that I was promised in twenty minutes and would just like it cooked more. She then hands the pizza back, but still missing the toppings requested. At this point, my lunch break from work is almost over and I have no food. I asked for my money back and wanted to leave without food in which she declined saying it will be right out. I explained I did not have time and she sighed at me and grumbled something under her breath. I have never been so disrespected in a restaurant in my life. I would never go back only because of her major attitude problem. I'm sorry to any staff that needs to work under her orders. read more
