Booking a facial at this "spa" will go down in history as one of the worst decisions of my life…read more When you arrive, there is no area to relax or change, you simply walk through a sweaty gym locker room directly into a crowded and cluttered service room. The room where we scheduled to get my facial was full of multiple chairs, and pieces of equipment; the table was crammed up against the wall and felt like a freezing cold gurney. I scheduled a 50 minute facial with an enzyme peel and specifically asked that nothing stronger be substituted based on my skin care regimen. Aesthetician ignored my concerns and requests, and without further discussion used a full strength chemical peel that has resulted in severe chemical burns in multiple places on my case. Even as the peel was on, I told her I did not feel right and it hurt too much (I have had several peels in the past) and my concerns were completely ignored. She told me what I was seeing was "frosting" which is normal; no, what I was seeing was my skin peeling off of my face within minutes because the burns were so significant. The pain and disfigurement from the facial right now prevents me from working for several days and will take intensive dermatologic care to correct. Aesthetician was rude, reckless, and should be let go immediately. What happened afterwards Made things even worse. I was supposed to have another service 30 minutes later, but could not get anything to eat on the resort because every restaurant was closed. I asked the next provider be notified that I could step off of the resort and find some food for the first time that day - instead the entire service was canceled. This was truly the worst spa experience of my entire life. The only way to salvage this place would be to raze it to the ground and clean house from the aestheticians, to the front desk, to the management. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My daughter broke her leg at the end of October and needed surgery to repair it. To say she was devastated is an understatement. She has worked so hard at dance this year. she has continued to go to rehersals and practice, watching her friends and company prepare and practice. We truly did not know how "normal" felt. We lived in fear that due to poor choices our son was on a path to lose his life. Not to mention the brutal impact it had on our daughter. Thanks to ARA we now know normal and it feels GREAT! We sent a troubled teen and got back an incredible young man. Not only is our house not continuously in an uproar but, due to getting ahead academically at ARA, he was able to graduate high school as a Junior. Seeing him walk across that stage was AMAZING! In fact, whether you are a tattoo person or not. On our son's 18th Birthday he got a tattoo and on it is says "Ashcreek May 5th 2017" which is the day we sent him to ARA. It also has a cross worked in to it. He chose this because he said ARA saved his life and it is when he started believing in God again. Can't beat that! Needless to say, we 100% recommend ARA to any family with a struggling teenaged boy. Tracy B

I realize my three-year-old…read moreis having a completely different experience, and not aware of the frustrations that I face as a parent. She loves the little tea parties after class. For me, this has not been a good experience. They consistently start late and when I am paying for 30 minute classes it really adds up. At least three times they started 10 minutes or more late. Also if you want to watch your child practice upstairs through the viewing area, there is a small 4 x 3 window where you can fight with a dozen other parents for position to see out. It is abundantly clear that this facility was not built to be a dance studio, it is a very old movie theater. When the kids actually are in practice, even that time is not well spent. There is far too much time spent sitting in a circle or talking, or doing costume changes. As you can imagine with three-year-olds, there's going to be a number of times as well where individual Time is needed with each kid and that also distracts from the class time. So to recap, my three-year-old has enjoyed her experience but I have not. Her last dance class started 10 minutes late and they spent half the time watching the big kids dance. It look like she had a good time but if I needed her distracted I could've just put her in front of the tv.

The…read moreexperiences and memories I had here still haunt me today, from the daily verbal abuse from multiple teachers that later turned into anorexia nervosa at age 12, to the constant favoritism shown in every teacher there. By far the most TOXIC AND HORRENDOUS PLACE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. Most of this came from Shelia Bailey (the director and founder) and another teacher who no longer works at the establishment. Shelia, if you are listening to this, I hope you rot in hell. You are the reason I am in therapy every week. You are the reason I grew up believing I was never going to be enough. You are the reason I went home and cried every week, with my mom being helpless as you never responded at her frequent emails and texts to meet up and have a chat about how me and many other girls at the studio were treated. I will never forget the time you yelled and me and a whole class of girls as we cheered on our fellow dancers, and cheering is not "mature" as you mocked us through your microphone in front of the whole studio at our end of year performance. I will never forget how you told my mom that I needed to learn how to stand up for myself and suck it up when I was bullied by another dancer for years, with no retribution at all coming to that dancer. Please do not send your children here unless you want to give them unhealthy mindsets and unrealistic expectations, as well as lasting mental health problems and diagnosed PTSD.

First a little info....I have a handicap parking privilege, because I need to use a cane to walk long distances. I usually only use the handicap parking if I am having a particularly bad day and cannot walk to far. I will not park in the handicap spot if there is a spot available close by so that someone else that needs the handicap spot will have access. Today was a bad day but I sucked it up and parked out a ways. When I got out of my truck I noticed that the passenger van for the Beehive Learning Academy was parked in the handicap even though their business is closed. There was no indication on their plate or in the window that they had parking privileges. I looked inside the van wondering if they maybe forgot to put the placard up. Nothing and the school was closed. I called the school and left a message and thought that would maybe make them think twice about what they did. But as I was walking back to my truck I saw another couple an older gentleman with a much older woman. She had a walker and was having a hard time getting across the parking lot. With this I got angry. Someone was incredibly negligent in where they parked the van and put out not only me, but more importantly this son and his mother and other's who needed that spot. I did call the police and report it...why because I stood there on the sidewalk with this woman while her son went to get their car and she was upset that she was inconveniencing me and she wasn't sure she would be able to stand there much longer. I assure her she wasn't and I was actually glad to have gotten to visit with her. After I got her settled in the car I waited for the police. I know this sounds like a real "Karen" move as many would think but I didn't rant or rave. I just want people to know that it wasn't okay. #beehivelearningacademystgeorgeutahyoufailed. #practicewhatyouteach
