But then they asked for the last four digits of my Social Security number, which immediately raised a red flag. The whole process just didn't sit right with me. Between the lack of responsiveness and the questionable information they were asking for, the experience felt off from the start. Based on my interaction--and seeing a similar review here--I'd recommend using your own judgment, but personally, this is a place I'd steer clear of.

I received a call from dr. Foster at approximately 1230 saying that he had bad news. He said "he didn't know what happened and my best friend Einstein had passed away. My bird Einstein had received the same procedure 5 times at other veterinary hospitals with no issues. I took him in and he was fine an hour later he was dead and they even made me pay for the procedure.I would find a different veterinary even if you have to travel. They are incompetent, narcissistic and obviously only care about the money. Please don't take your animal friends here. If you do you are rolling the dice that they will come back unharmed.

I've been looking to get a puppy and when my fiancée and I drove by my fiancée pointed out the sign stating the store had chihuahua puppies. We walked in and there was an all white long hair chihuahua puppy left, $800 fee, which is steep I told my fiancée we didn't have to, the employee then butt into the conversation and said "it's the breeder that sets the price not us", well for one I know you up the price to get a profit (I didn't say this to her), I then asked if we can see her and again rudely she tells me "only if you're interested" I then tell her "obviously I was!". My fiancée was going to drop the $800 but this employees lack of customer service made us walk out.

I took my cat in for a Bath and Brush. I talked to the groomer myself and asked for ONLY a bath and…read morebrush. When I picked him up the girl at the front desk said there would be no charge because the groomer had "clipped" his ear while he was there. I asked "How could he have been clipped with anything he was only there for a bath?!" (Also no one informed me he was hurt over the phone, just told me he was ready to be picked up) She said while they were clipping his nails he jerked his head and she got his ear. I immediately said "Why were they cutting his nails?!" "I asked to have him bathed and brushed only!" There were 3 employees present when I said it. Also "How could a nail clipper clip his ear?" She didn't respond. When I examined him, half of his ear had been jaggedly cut off and pieces of it were super glued back on. His nails had been cut all the way to the nub cutting his quicks on all paws, they were bloody, and he is still limping. I am beyond upset! His ear was obviously cut off with Hair Clippers not nail clippers. They should not have had anything sharp near him at all! I will NOT take any of my pets here ever again.

Last Wednesday, I called for grooming appointments for my two dogs. I was speaking with Anna…read moreherself and she stated that she is now using online booking and that I needed to book through her program. I proceeded to enter both my dogs into the system and prepared to book the services I wanted for the dogs, one being a Samoyed mix who required a de-shed. I selected the de-shed option for him and the price was $125. I scheduled them for Tuesday, 6-13-23 and also had to pay a $25 reservation fee for both dogs and decided to pre-pay my tip. I had to agree to the charges and terms of the reservation. I used this business last year and the groomer does an amazing job. On Monday, 6-12-23 I received my conformation emails and confirmed that they would be there Tuesday. A few hours after confirming, I received a call from the groomer, not Anna, stating that she has decided to raise her pricing. That now I would be required to pay $89 an hour for the de-shed. His de-shed takes approximately 4 hours. I couldn't believe that Anna would have a groomer call to give me this news and I requested to speak to Anna. Anna called me about 15 minutes later trying to tell me that I would be paying the $89 not the agreed to price online. I stated to her that was not going happen, and Anna preceded to continuously interrupt me and then she hung up on me. I was only a mile from her shop and drove over to speak to her in person. Anna told me to sit in a specific chair and proceeded to tell me that her pricing online was wrong, that she spent 8 hours a day trying to figure it out and I responded with that was not my problem. I scheduled per her request online and accepted the terms and pricing. She kept telling me that she could not talk to me as I was trying to explain to her that her lack of professionalism and attitude toward a customer was totally out of line. In the middle of a sentence she grabbed a dog that was on the floor and proceeded out the door, left me sitting there. I got up and followed her out of the building, still trying to get her to understand that what she was doing was not how one ran a business. I did tell her that she needed to come back to to earth and have some perspective. She said that she was canceling my appointments and I said that would be great and I would wait for them to be canceled to get a receipt. She then told me to get off her private property, which is not private when you run a public business. Anna is a very unprofessional business owner who used all sorts of ploys to get out of the situation she created. If she treats her customers this way to their face, how are the animals getting treated? I did receive my $50 reservation fee back, not the pre-paid tip. That will be handled differently if not returned. Spare yourself the wrath of Anna when she can't get her way. PS...I went to the booking section today to see if she changed her pricing, now there is no pricing listed for services.
