I was having to replace those printers every year. We have several medical clinics and we have been dealing with SF Business Products for over a decade with our printers lasting 7 or so years before replacing. Billy and the staff give very personal, friendly and professional service.

It had chronic overheating issues and died within a very loud fan wined up (so before the load screen for fans). It got so bad I was going to buy a new one. I called Electric Sheep (ESC.. heheheh) and HOLY COW! They just took my box for about the 10 minutes. Boom. Now I have my whole gaming and hub for my media center back. They didnt let me inside the store (kinda weird) but they where SUPER friendly outside. They also cleaned and put my machine into an operation again cheap! They didn't break open the Xbox for a full dust out/out(warranty people know the respect). Whatever they did do was perfect. I really hope they expand into console services. Thanks guys please think about expanding services to gamers. The consoles always need repairs that aren't here in our beautiful Taos.

I called Bond for a quote on a house that I am in the process of purchasing. While I received a…read morecall back from a manager or owner fairly quickly, he introduced himself as Valverde rather than Bond. I don't recall phoning Valverde, thus confusion regarding what type of service provider was calling, as I have made many calls to a few types of repair people for multiple quotes. When I asked for clarity, the person on the other end of the line was rude in response... within the first 10 seconds. Ok, I'll let that slide--maybe he hasn't had his coffee yet. During the call, as we were discussing the replacement of kitec plumbing--a well documented safety risk with a class-action lawsuit that makes homes uninsurable--the owner was rude in tone. I got the impression that our phone call was annoying to him, and he likely thinks I am stupid. He asserts that the recalled plumbing is fine unless visibly leaking and "its basic" to tell if it leaks. This information is demonstrably FALSE as documented clearly in the class action suit. I let him go mid call. Not only is he rude, but misinforming a potential customer in a negligent manner. Hopefully his license covers negligence, as he might need it. If I am going to give someone tens of thousands of dollars to do work in my home, it is reasonable to expect a basic level of respect during the first phone call (and beyond). After speaking to the presumed owner, I feel bad for whomever the nice secretary is. She must be on the receiving end of his customer service skills all day. I will never call this company again.

I had smelled a skunk smell coming from my basement and had called my "former" plumber and told him…read moreabout the smell. He came out and turned off the gas to my heating system. The smell was completely gone when he arrived. His conclusion as he left was I needed to replace the heating system. When I returned I called Valverde/Bond Plumbing and spoke with Lacey and asked if they might come out and look at the system. This was on a Friday and they were booked but Lacey called me back several times that day to say they were trying to get to me. By 5pm the service Tech John Montoya was at my house. I told him about the skunk smell the week before and he thought one probably sprayed near the house and the smell came into the basement from the vents. He turned the gas back on and spent an hour checking all the gas lines, thermostat etc. and said nothing was wrong with the boiler. He turned the gas back on and installed a carbon monoxide detector I had purchased. This was a month ago and the boiler has been working perfectly so no new Heat system needed after all. Thank you Larry Mapes owner of Valverde Energy/Bond Plumbing for hiring hard working, caring and skilled people.

He tested other parts of our well-water system to make sure they were working properly, without trying to sell us something we didn't need. We had a different plumber come out a month ago that left without fixing the problem. It took that plumber longer to tell us that he couldn't fix anything until the whole system failed than it did for Rod to diagnose and fix it. Rod is the right man to call for water system installations and repairs.

If I could give 10 stars, I would...definately deserving! My computer started operating slowly and I contacted Mike. He had previously successfully trouble-shot my wife's laptop, and I knew that I could trust him to do the same with mine. I called him and told him what I was experiencing and he said to bring it in and he'd look at it. Within less than a few minutes he told me, but more importantly, showed me what was wrong and what had to be done. The mechanical hard drive needed to be replaced with a solid state variety. Because of the condition of the hard drive the transfer of information to the new one took longer than we expected. He had the unit up and running within hours of when I brought it in. His expertise and knowledge about computer systems was obvious when he started troubleshooting and first told me what he thought was the problem. My wife and I are very thankful to have found such a quality person as Mike. His wife Misty was also there to assist on contacting me when the computer was repaired. A great team effort, both very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Upgrade Taos for their variety of computer services. Very appreciative and thankful for them. If there were ten stars to award, I give them gladly. Mike Bruce is a pearl without price. He was able to resolve an issue that a local competitor said would take three days to resolve in just a single hour at one third of the cost. And he's brilliant, honest, and funny besides. If you're like me and can't spare to leave your computer on someone's shelf for three days, waiting, go to Mike. Go to Mike anyway. You'll be glad you did. read more

I have an old XP laptop used for radio programming at the ski valley. New Motorola software refused to install and I tried everything to no avail. Michael came to the house saw the problem and resolved it after a couple of tries- maybe an hour max. He knows computers and software and charges a reasonable fee. Highly recommended. read more
