(So four trips total including drop off.) The second attempt I made to pick them up I called ahead of time, told him I was driving from Santa Fe and would be there before 5:00. He assured me they would be open until then. There was traffic and I made it by 4:48 -- they were already closed with no sign of anyone there. When I finally got them he had stitched up part of my boot with a different, lighter color of thread on the toe so the stitching is extremely obvious and does not match the rest of the boot. He told me the repair would cost $30, he charged me $35. They only accept cash. Don't waste your time. Lost over 3 hours of my life on this unprofessional business.
