I love that this place opens on Saturdays, but it's first come first serve only. They do take appointments during the weekdays for bigger fixes on the bike and they are often booked out for a month or more. Labor isn't cheap, and it's comparable to other shops. What you get here is quality and honesty over other places.

Super knowledgeable and always willing to help when you could get ahold of them, if you need to reach them I would recommend just stopping by the shop as the shop is loud and the phone is quiet lol. The intended look was for 18 inch chrome gangster apes on my husbands 2017 Heritage, and Carlini was able to find the perfect fit. Everyone who rides knows it is hard to find reputable shops to source parts for work you plan on doing yourself, and even harder to find trustworthy businesses to have them do work for you. After a TERRIBLE experience with a DIFFERENT motorcycle shop who claimed to specialize in motorcycle repair and modifications, where the shop associate we were working with ensured us that we were paying for Carlini Design handle bars, ended up fraudulently using off-brand (with no Carlini stamp or serial number as seen after installation was completed), we reached out to Carlini Designs directly to let them know this shop was using their namesake to turn a profit and outfitting their customers with in-house made handle bars with the claims that they are in fact Carlini Design. It was a smooth and easy process start to finish to select the shape and size of the handle bars which were initially intended for this project. Ordering and pick-up were seamless with Rex's guidance on which style would fit our needs and the gallery of options they have available make the process straightforward. Going directly through Carlini we feel we were able to get the best service for a quality product.
