Penny had the best reviews on other review sites, so I made an appointment. Penny has a very clean, friendly-looking shop and is extremely warm and professional. She gave me tips on how to comb Henry once I get him home, and was done working on him in less than 45 minutes (other groomers take upwards of 4 hours because they kennel dry them - Penny does not).
