Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there. I gave them a call and was able to get in right away and we were in and out within 5 minutes! I have a miniature dachshund who is 3 1/2 years old and a little timid. I was so thrilled to discover that Vanessa was so sweet and patient with her. She treated my dog as if she were her own and made it an overall positive experience for my pup.
