Anyway, no big deal. We can manage. They went the extra mile and got us fuel a few hours later before the weekend! This is the second time we've had this type of experience with Draeger. When I call for help, they take care of it. I bought my own tank in addition to my leased tank, and they helped me get that organized. Recently I smelled propane outside my garage, and in the cold weather it got worse. I feared the garage regulator was bad. I called for help on a Friday afternoon. Service told me it's Friday afternoon, but I will try. She called me back that Justin would be there in an hour and a half. He was. Super kid, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Turns out my dielectric unions were loose on my regulator. He fixed that, explained in detail what he did, and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. I have always have felt safe that Ritchie has my back. All my neighbors use them. They also take care of the propane and diesel fuel for our snowmobile club. Good people. Mark
