Then when we picked up our gear they were very friendly. Everything was packaged up for each person in a duffel and the clothes were so warm! It was FREEZING when we were there. -20 Fahrenheit! But we were warm and comfortable with our gear on!! We went snowmobiling and didn't even get cold. We rented for 4 days and then I emailed them asking for an extension and they were very accommodating. The clothing was in excellent condition and comfortable. Drop off was a breeze too! The service is okay if the young staff are paying attention as they may be occupied with their work, talking about skateboarding or raising money for youth projects. I had to directly ask for assistance today and then they gave me helpful attention. I am a picky shoe shopper and didn't buy today as they are always receiving new stock and the good gear in my size sells in a hurry. I'll be back again for sure. I have had two experiences with iCycle…read more The first was unmemorable and entirely satisfactory. I needed a new seatpost and seat; they sold them to me. Now my wife can ride her mountain bike. The second was a little more surprising. I stopped in to get a schraeder valve adapter, a simple $2 part. I happened across their selection of toques, poked through them, and found one that fit my monstrously large head. It's fleece-lined wool, has earflaps, is reasonably attractive as toques go, was reasonably priced, and, most importantly, it fits me. I could not find a single toque elsewhere in town that fit. It may not be what you are looking for in a bike shop, but it was enough to make me love the place. They also have a decent selection of bikes in all price ranges, as well as other sports equipment such as snowshoes. Surprisingly, they also have an espresso bar, which I have yet to try, but which certainly adds to the place's charm as a bicycle, snowshoe, toque, and coffee shop.
