My first impression of the place was relaxed, the front desk staff was friendly while we filled out our forms. We only waited for a few minutes before our massage therapists came to get us. We've had massages before at other places, but they explained the process, asked about our sore spots. They were very nice about my preference for no lavender or lilac which sometimes triggers migraines for me. Once our session started there was a time or two that I heard a door close or someone's voice but it wasn't too disturbing. I had some lower back pain and my therapist chased it all away. My better half thought his was good, but not great. I felt like a new person after mine! I would definitely schedule a massage here in the future. Thanks again for showing my back pain who's boss!

Truly unbelievable, the lack of sympathy was simply astounding! I did have some cancellations but explained the situation and thought some grace and compassion would be extended to me during an actual life and death situation with my father. I was told previously if your account ever got flagged for short notice cancellations, you would simply be required to put down a deposit towards future appts which seemed perfectly reasonable to me. My stylist explained if you cancel with short notice again or have a no show, then you will forfeit your deposit (again this would have been perfectly understandable). After several emails back and forth with the owner, she explained that she felt the "cancellations would continue to happen" to which I responded how/why would you think that when I explained the situation and that my father is DEAD now?! I started going to this salon in 2020 and have spent a lot of money there. I've had just about every service offered including hair dyes (one of which was so awful it had to be corrected but not before the stylist tried to convince me it looked good when I asked for dark brown and came out looking like Morticia Adams). I will give credit where credit is due, I obviously was pleased with some of the services but thought others should know you will be told one thing regarding their cancellation policy and then afforded zero grace, compassion or empathy if you have to cancel for an actual life and death emergency situation.

Went here for the first time, prices aren't bad and I'm sure it's great for some people, but it…read morewasn't quite the environment I was hoping for. I can't see well without my glasses, so getting my hair cut at all takes a lot of trust, and the end result, (particularly the length and layering, I understand my hair isn't going to look the same as someone else's), really wasn't what I was asking for despite providing multiple reference photos. The hairdresser didn't ask any clarifying questions during the process and decided to style my hair without asking me first, which probably isn't a big deal for most people, but I'm mentally disabled and struggle with sensory input, so getting unexpectedly hit with loud hairdryers and chemical-smelling hair products put me on the brink of a meltdown. I'm not really upset about the hair since it grows back, but the overall experience was a sensory nightmare for me and I don't plan on going back.

I think the prices are average for what a threading job should cost, and she does get busy so I do call in advance to see if she's not too backed so that I stop in at her less busy times.

Maybe it is my false understanding of what lash extensions should look like and how they should be done, but these were awful. I sat uncomfortably slouched back in a chair for 30 minutes, while the girl applied what looked like individual fake eyelashes bought from Walgreens. The glue she used was extremely potent, which burned my eyes since there was no eye protection whatsoever. When she finished, they looked terrible. No depth or definition. All one length. I ended up ripping them off 2 seconds after I got back into my car.
