It was relatively late, around 7:30 P.M when my husband and I stopped on a Wednesday evening. It wasn't busy at the gas station and it had plenty of parking spots to stop at. This is a great spot for a restroom break or if you needed to get a quick snack. The team members inside were super helpful and friendly. All of the snacks were well stocked and the convenience store was clean! I usually stop at Eddie's World on my way to Anaheim California from Vegas, but this Mobil location was a great spot to stop at too!

The location on route 66 is great, perfect for getting on the highway right after. Inside is clean considering the area.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today, September 7th, around 8:14 PM. This was honestly…read moreone of the worst customer service experiences I've had. We asked the employee working there how much an item cost, and instead of simply answering the question, he responded with attitude and said, "I already scanned it." After paying, I noticed there was a deal available for the item and asked if we could take advantage of it. Rather than trying to help, he told us that refunding the purchase would be "too much" and "complicated." He then proceeded to tell us, "Next time, if you want the deal, you should get it before paying." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As customers, we were simply asking for help with a promotion we had just noticed. We were not asking for anything unreasonable, and there was absolutely no reason for us to be spoken to that way.

They know this and have a HUGE gas station that can move 6 cars at a time on every line. You will also see trucks filling up the underground tanks here many times during the day so don't worry about getting stale gasoline that has been sitting around for months like some other stations. After gas, if you are hungry--get a hot dog or pizza inside. After gas if you need the BR--go inside.

Circle K in Victorville, CA…read more This is the newest gas station in the city and although the trash is overflowing and all over the ground, it's still the cleanest we saw. That says something. It had a check out area inside where you place all the items on the stand and it scans it all. No customer service agent needed. The bathrooms had a code and they seemed clean-ish but they ran out of paper towels in the women's bathroom. This circle K had a lot of food and drink options including hot and cold food. It seems like they had less workers up front which might explain why the trash isn't being handled properly.

Lie about prices. Was overcharged for chew by $3 for nearly a month until I went in early one night a different cashier rung me up the correct price for buying 2! When I had asked prior why I was paying more than advertised the two women cashiers looked at each other and said it's the taxes. Then when I asked for receipt they claimed they couldn't. Today was the last straw. Went in bought tobacco, they had Free Zyn with any purchase. She asked I said yes, added my number and then as she watches me swipe my card as she's stuffing food into her face, she says, "Oh, I can't add it now!". She literally watched me do all of this and said nothing til I paid. This also happens to be the same one who was overcharging me $3 for chew prior. And the only thing missing from the front of the store are tents and piles of feces.

If they don't have your tires, they will drive to their business associate and get it for you. Prices are reasonable (cheaper than at own dealership). Note: You have to drive past the first building that looks like a abandoned gas station. Haha, I thought I was screwed when I saw that.

Too lazy to put receipt paper in? Most likely! I moved my car out of the pump area so I didn't block the pumps since they are so limited there. Had to go in anyway to use the bathroom. When I asked to use the restroom he looked at me like I was nuts and rudely I have no bathrooms here. A Circle K with no bathrooms?? That's a first for me. They serve Thrifty ice cream. My kids both ordered a banana split. The prepping area is extremely CLEAN along with the rest of the store. I am very shocked to find a great clean station especially in this area.

The guy working there had just given the bathroom keys to a couple of girls, and when they came out, we politely asked for the key since we also needed to use the restroom. He looked at us and said, "Bathrooms are for employees only!" -- then turned right back to chatting with the same girls who had literally just used it. There are two restrooms -- one was blocked by a rack of food items, and the other was locked. There's even a big sign on the wall that says "Bathrooms", so I'm not sure why they'd have that if customers aren't actually allowed to use them. Just saying. Even if their policy really is "employees only," there was no reason for the worker to have such a rude attitude. I wasn't being disrespectful -- just asking a simple question. Definitely left a bad impression.
