On historical route 66... Pretty big for an AM/PM, but I guess you're accommodating those peeps coming and going to Vegas. You can barely see this station from the freeway since it's almost underneath the freeway pass. read more

ampm - a view of a gas station from the road - Convenience Stores Near Me - Victorville, California

Stop Only if you need gas and a quick snack not a good idea to stop after dark it could be a dangerous

I got to this location once a day at least sometimes multiple times a day . Even my kids conversate with the staff .I'm not sure I'll be returning all of a sudden a very rude clerk this new guy I only seen a couple times tried turning me away cause I wanted to pay with rolled change . ! I could not believe what I was hearing . I'm a collector so I have alot of change . It's money it's neat an organized an rolled why can't you take it . He took it this time then made sure to tell me he won't take them nxt time . This staff was amazing now because of this one clerk I don't even wanna go back read more

This place is a dump. The debit card reader wasn't working and the bathrooms were not kept up. I will not be stopping here again. I will look for the truck stops like Love's and Flying J, Pilot, etc. they are always well maintained. You think the Arco corporation would keep an eye on their holdings!! read more

Not my favorite Arco but it is closest to home so I do go here quite a bit. Prices are cheaper then at other gasstations, service is fine and this one doesn't get very full. The location on route 66 is great, perfect for getting on the highway right after. Inside is clean considering the area. read more

Beware they charge $0.35 for debit transaction fee, asked if they take credit to avoid the fee the cashier failed to let me know it was even more for credit $0.95. Moral isn't the the fee amount but the lack of communication from the cashier. read more

Always great customer service here!afternoon shift is who I come across with every time I'm heading home and decide to stop for a snack or gas. Although very busy, the staff always are friendly and helpful NOTHING COMPARED TO THE NEW AM PM IN ADELANTO!! Afternoon shift is super rude and LAZY! Closer to home but worth my $ This is why I rather give this Am pm on Route 66 my business, worth the drive 20 minutes away from home This place has been one of the cleanest and organized I've been in, awesome customer service and that's why you will continue seeing me!keep up the good work! read more

Needed Red Bull. :-) It was clean and friendly, I was in and out in under a minute. :-)

Nice employees dirty bathrooms...sink, toilet, floors were unclean. Even floor in the store

This ARCO is right next to the freeway with easy off and on access. Large location room for even some large trucks. A good variety of food and beverage items in the store. There is also a Subway at this location. read more

We stopped here on the way to Vegas...we used my ATM card at the pump and inside...since one cannot use credit here, we used my pin # for both transactions. Two days into our stay in Vegas, I received a text from my bank asking if I made certain purchases that morning in Pomona, California?!?! I checked my balance...they took $200 out of a 711 ATM then tried to get an additional $60, but luckily my bank declined it & flagged my account. This caused a huge problem for us, as they used all my trip money and I had to go sit for over an hour in a bank in Vegas on a Saturday. It could have been worse...but something and/or someone is shady there. Only place I've used my pin at in the last 3 weeks or so. read more

Worst gas station I have ever been to. Pay stations are broken so you have to pay inside. If you use credit card you have to estimate how much you will use ahead of time and then get cash back. Employee was rude. And to top it all of the restroom was filthy. read more

Worst gas station I have visited in my whole life. Gas pumps get stuck on your car and can't get them off. They charge your card again if you don't put the pump on right and hang up the pump. They charge to use the toilets!!! read more

Ok, when it's not too busy and everything is working the place is great. But about 50% of the time I hit this place after entering all my card information it then says see attendant . Then you go inside to stand in a line that is about 8 people deep. I'm over it, hitting Costco in Victorville from now on or the local stations in Silver Lakes. read more

Convenient access due to it being close to the freeway, however, the debit function (VeriFone) at the pump is horrible! It takes forever to process! I asked the the cashier, and he states that all AM/PM'S have the same issue, but I confirmed it wasn't true by pumping gas at other locations and they were fine. In the time it took me to post this review, is what it took me to confirm my debit payment! By the way, this has been an ongoing issue (at least 4-5 months). They do get busy, but usually the wait in line is not too long due extra cashiers. The employee's are nice, but the restrooms are usually very dirty. read more

We accidentally locked our keys along with our wallets and cellphones in the car while pumping gas. The staff not only let us use their phone but found AAA number and looked and found us when tow truck dispatcher called back. They were kind and friendly and really helped us out and made sure we were comfortable in the 110 degree temp outside. Nateesh and Preet are awesome and deserve some recognition for going above and beyond. The young girl working at the adjacent subway was kind and friendly, offered waters and a cool place to sit and wait as well. read more

I have gray hair. Is it really necessary to refuse sale for a lottery ticket?

This am/pm is awesome . People working there are super nice and always very helpful . I always go here my school is right down the street . I go here almost every day and every time I go its always clean and it's a good experience thanks arco read more

I was in there tonight. Cashier named Herman waited on us. I will say with my 25 years of customer service, I was truly upset leaving. He was belittling , unprofessional, rude and acting as if he was better then his customer. He rolled his eyes at customers , he allowed a female behind counter that did not work there. He embarrassed myself and the people I was with. I will no longer go to this location and will stop recommending this location to friends and colleagues. This was a bad experience that I hope people think twice before going in. read more

This is the worst Arco/AM PM I have ever been too. I don't even know where to begin. We always go here because it is close to home, though that's changing. We started playing the scratcher game, and these people hate it because we get something free...News flash if you don't want people to get your disgusting food as it is don't have the game. When the new guy Jesse and Garry to work the same shift they are so lazy. All the stuff is either broken or they are out on a daily basis. It is frustrating wanting a coffee at 4 am when there is hardly anyone in the store and there is 2 people and they don't fill the stuff out. The French Vanilla machine, whipped cream even all the toppings. And since we moved here 4 months ago, one side of the ice machine has always been out. One time we went in and over heard an employee telling the other when asked if they would make any rib sandwiches she said right before the boss comes in. Today Jesse was very rude when my son asked he was making any more cheeseburgers, and the rib sandwiches we have been told they are only a lunch item, or they are not served after 8 pm. Though the other surrounding am/pms can have them at all hours. I mean really....The women's bathroom door handle has been broken, taped on and off again for 2 months now. How hard is it to fix it. If you don't want to work then quit because I am sure a lot of other people would want to be in your shoes. Go to Bear Valley location by freeway they are never out of the things from the scratchers. This one is a joke.... read more

Had to try 3 pumps before finding one that worked and there was a 0.35 service charge on every transaction! Ridiculous.

THE WORST! I told the cashier before I took my card out that it was a chip card. He INSISTED I slide it. Surprise, it didn't work! He kept trying to take my card so he could walk away with it to another machine and I told him I was not going to give him my card. He argued and I insisted no. So he finally took me to a portable reader and insisted I swipe it again. It's a chip card! Surprise, still didn't work, so he finally ripped my card out of my hand and put it in the chip reader. First off I told him to not grab my card! Secondly, guess what?! The chip reader was needed ALL ALONG! After all that hassle, and he was WRONG, he didn't apologize for his stubborn repeated mistake, or for yanking my card out of my hand. Someone needs to train him better. Someone needs to explain to him that Chip Readers are there to protect both the store and the consumer, and if you have a chip reader and refuse to allow customers to use it you are putting the company at risk because if my card information is stolen they are liable! Also, you are not allowed to take the consumers cards out of their hands, especially if they say NO, several times! read more
