A couple of weeks ago I brought this lovely reindeer, made primarily out of wool, twigs and glitter - it was much better than it sounds!! Lousy customer service. Had a genuine complaint which was dealt with very badly (a replacement item…read morethat was far worse than the original). On having the audacity to complain about the replacement as well, I was asked "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Not an ounce of apology, just challenging my complaint. After four years loyal custom and recommendations to friends, I will be doing the opposite. Perhaps there's been a change of ownership or management? The current manager does not know how to keep a customer.

A very large market stall absolutely full of Welsh gifts of all kinds: biscuits, clothes, china,…read morenovelties, stickers, books, cards - and so much more. It's the only place in Swansea where I could track down Welsh biscuits being sold out of season! The lady who served me was very helpful. A great place for gifts - and not as expensive as in the main shops.
