Flowers were delivered by Mr Seaward Senior of Seawards Of Llanelli Market three days ago I am so disappointed half of them are in the bin today they were lovely when they arrived but started to wilt immediately. My sister went to Seawards in Llanelli market with photo's of the wilted flowers and tried to explain to
Mr Seawood Senior that the flowers were wilting after just a few days but was unable to finish her sentence, because Mr Seaward interrupted her very abruptly saying very sharply that he did not want to see any photo's and he was not interested and did not want to know and walked away Mr Seaward is quite often in the Llanelli Star promoting the friendly and helpful service he provides and the welcoming atmosphere you get in Llanelli market which was not the case today and which is not the case if you have a problem with the products he provides
My sister and myself are very upset and mostly shocked with the attitude and aggressive manner which was shown to my sister in front of a full market of shoppers on Thursday the 26Th April 2012 and I'm certain there was a lot of other on looking shoppers also shocked and surprised too, to see a man show such aggression towards a woman in a public place SHAME ON YOU MR SEWARD That's not the way to promote and encourage people to shop at Llanelli Market This so called gentleman needs serious counseling, its asda, tesco or morrisons for me now on, where if you got a complaint for anything you are not happy with, they treat you with respect and courtesy .
