I purchased an led item for a present on July 29. My order is Order #S293273. I called this morning at 9 a.m and spoke with a lady who said my order was shipping today July 31 and that I would receive tracking information later today. As of 530pm I received "No" tracking information and called up and spoke a guy who was extremely Rude. I informed him I did not receive my tracking information and he told me if I already spoke with someone earlier why am I bothering him. In what world does a customer service agent tell a customer why am I bothering him? So inclusion the order did not ship out today like I was informed by the first agent. I later found out the order wasn't even in stock. So why take my order and tell me one thing if the order isn't even in stock. Avoid Uno Alla Varta. Terrible customer rude service. All they do is purchase Polish Pottery and other items at bulk, then upcharge 25% or more and take forever to ship out. They promised I would have it by Christmas. But it never came. Then in June 2026 I ordered the charming chirpers necklace. I called one week ago. They said they shipped it out. Very rude Cutomer support the first time I called 11/25/25 at approximately 7:50am; Not the 2nd time with Ann Marie, she was calm and pleasant. I do not usually take the time to make a complaint, and yet think this phone conversation deserves exposure. The first person in this first call did not quite understand what I was saying and maybe a trainee so the rude high pitch feminine man got on the phone and instead of answering my concerns in a pleasant manner proceeded to interrupt my explanation and then asked me not to talk over him when I tried to explain it again as he did not summarize my concern accurately.  At this point he was so obnoxious I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not get me one. I asked his name and he wouldn't tell me. Told me he had already told me. He had a high pitch feminine voice. I was informed that all of the bags they had in stock had similar flaws, and because of this they would not pay return shipping for my defective item. I gave this company one star because it wouldn't let me give it zero stars. I placed an order for a halloween item in September. I waited a week and did not see a ship notice. I emailed the company and got no response. A few days after that I tried calling. The customer service agent I talked to was very rude and told me she did not know why it hadn't shipped. She said that she would have a supervisor call me. When that didn't happen, I called again. Again I was told that they didn't know why it didn't ship and they would have someone call me. She took it to a jeweler to replace the battery, but it still did not work with a new battery. The jeweler put a meter on it & discovered that it was not receiving power (pulse) from the new battery. I called Una Ala Volta & explained the issue & was politely told the watch is out of warranty (30 day warranty) & there's nothing she can do for me. I said that a $50 watch should work longer than a year & they should satisfy their customer ( I've purchased from Una Ala Volta before) but she reiterated that the watch was out of warranty & there's nothing she can do. A family member has used this company for many purchases and when I reached out to customer service to see about assisting with an item that had an issue with it that had been gifted to me, they were horrible with rectifying the situation. After being told to return the item and once received the item I had chosen for replacement would be sent out. So I placed an order after receiving their beautiful catalog in the mail. I checked the shipping times and was satisfied. However what they claim and what they actually do are very different things. I placed the order on a Thursday. Their shipping time says Friday or Monday. I ordered several items for gifts. I never got an order confirmationso that was my first call. They sent the email order confirmation and then told me it will go out Monday. Tuesday I call and the next person said it went out Fruday. Ok do you have tracking information? No we have been having an issue with our computer system and it doesn't generate the tracking information. Well I have my address linked to all delivery services to let me know if a package is coming. Once it is scanned in after they receive it Nothing shows, which tells me no trackingcwas generated. I've called every day and have gotten different answers and excuses. Ive sent emails with no response. So the last conversation I had today I was told you will be guaranteed Christmas delivery if ordered by the 14th. I said no I ordered a week prior and according to your guidelines should've been sent out Monday. If I had known about the numerous complaints and bad reviews not just here, but Yelp and BBB rated a D well I would've have bothered. So I told the rude lady this morning that if my shipment doesn't go out today I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge. I ordered a week prior to your deadline and need these before Christmas. She said well if I dispute the charge I could never order from them ever again. My mom purchased several items from Uno Alla Volta, most were good quality and it did take a very long time for some items to arrive. These were all holiday gifts. The order was placed in October and gifts not received until late December 2022. So already outside the 60 day return window. I received the Roman glass earrings and necklace. I only wore them a couple times before they started to fall apart. They are cheaply made. The iridescent pieces of material affixed to a base of colored glass fell off. It is unwearable and not worth the exorbitant price my now 89 yo mom paid. I love their products but customer service is terrible. I've bought quite a bit from them and in one case I returned a product and it took many phone calls at least three months to get refunded. Then recently, I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a top and wrote Customer Service about exchanging it for the right size. When they finally did respond, they told me how to pack it up, and where to send it (at my cost). Then after I had shipped it I had someone else from Customer Service reach out to say I could not exchange it because it was a final sale. I explained to them the email I had received and they looked it up and saw it. Then, of all things, they shipped the original sweater back to me at their cost with the letter saying they could not exchange it because it was a final sale. All over the place and not organized! We ordered some glasses as a gift, but two of the six arrived broken - appallingly, they had not been individually wrapped and so had bumped up against other glass in the box. We contacted customer service to seek replacements, and got the run around for several weeks. Eventually we asked for the matter to be elevated to a supervisor. She - Carissa - called us and was exceptionally rude from the get go. She admitted that the company was experiencing ongoing problems with the way that glass items are being shipped - i.e., Uno Alla Volta knew of this but nonetheless kept sending out unwrapped glasses, but still she avoided resolving the problem. Eventually after an extensive, unpleasant conversation she agreed on a replacement, but it took weeks to arrive - too late to use as the planned gift. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from them. I heard about this company and their products on Instagram and ordered two Christmas themed candles from their website. I paid for the items and within a couple of weeks, received an email that these items had shipped. I then received an email saying they had just been delivered. I contacted my partner, who works from home and was there all day every day, within minutes of receiving the email saying they had been delivered and he said that nothing had been delivered. When I got home, I went to the two neighbors on one side and the two neighbors on the other side to see if things had been delivered to one of them erroneously. They said they had no deliveries. I proceeded to email Uno Alla Volta and they never responded to any of my emails. I finally called them today to get them to either send me the candles or refund my money and they refused to do either thing, saying that their note from the post office said they had delivered to an individual at my address--which is a lie.
