We called AAA at 4:00 PM and requested that they send someone to change it. It was 15 degrees, I'm 73 and that's what I pay AAA for. Even though their Agent Danielle tried repeatedly, no one responded. We were finally told after repeated calls that no one would be coming and it was now our problem. By now it's 8:00 PM, dark and even colder. Luckily we found someone locally who came out and changed the tire within 20 minutes. I will be canceling my membership forever. Update: I was told by the last AAA agent I talked with to submit a request for reimbursement for the $50 I spent to get the tire changed. I did that and now AAA is denying it due to the fact the receipt I was given doesn't meet their requirements. Come on, quit jacking me around.

The 'Sub-Contractor' that showed up arrived in a timely fashion but he only had Gasoline and didn't have a tank for diesel. He murmured 'They know I only carry gasoline'. He called Reliable Roadside to let them know they needed to send someone else with diesel. He said they would and that they were on their way and apologized for the confusion. Over 30 minutes go by and I called my insurance company to find out THEY NEVER dispatched another delivery nor did they call my insurance provider for a follow up! So now I have to wait another 40 mins for another Vendor to show up. Just terrible service and extremely poor communication with this company. After a few minutes, he jumped our battery quickly, gave some advice about the battery size for our car, and charged us what I consider a reasonable rate. We somehow managed to locked our keys in the trunk Thanksgiving weekend while travelling from FL to MI. Our insurance company sent Unlock Master. He was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Because the alarm went off when he opened the door, the trunk button inside the car wouldn't work. He already knew that might happen so he was ready with a tool that could reach the emergency pull inside the trunk. He had to climb into the backseat, work through the small opening provided between the seats for trunk access and was somehow able to miraculously maneuver through our luggage packed trunk to pull the latch. Had he not been so experienced and prepared, we might not have been able to retrieve the keys at all or at the very least possibly have to fork out more cash for another solution. He was quick about too! We were back on the road in no time. Thank you so much Unlock Master! You turned what could have been an out of town nightmare and the possibility of being stranded into a perfect save. We cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who rescued us from the side of the interstate. We had a flat tire in the 90 degree heat, sitting along side the cars speeding by. The angel of a gentleman at Unlock Master suggested how we could stay safe until he arrived, called us along the way to let us know where he was as we were 1/2 hour away from his business. He said he would be bringing us water to drink. When he arrived he was fast and extremely kind. Then he took the time to be sure we could reload the full car including the big tire! And then gave us good instructions on driving on a temporary tire and exact directions to get our tire repaired. Just the best experience!! Thank you! read more

I'd called just to get a tow to the Midas around the block, but he took some extra time to help diagnose what was wrong with the thing, made sure the Midas I wanted to go to was open, and made sure to actually drop the truck off where the Midas techs wanted it instead of just dumping it and me in the parking lot. While I was riding with him, I listened to him take a call from another customer, and when he didn't have the vehicle needed to help them, he was quick to recommend multiple services that could, so he's got no problem making sure the customer gets what they need. All in all, no complaints beyond *maybe* the price. Supposedly we could've gotten AAA out for ~25 bucks cheaper, but who knows when they would've shown up.
