We somehow managed to locked our keys in the trunk Thanksgiving weekend while travelling from FL to MI. Our insurance company sent Unlock Master. He was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Because the alarm went off when he opened the door, the trunk button inside the car wouldn't work. He already knew that might happen so he was ready with a tool that could reach the emergency pull inside the trunk. He had to climb into the backseat, work through the small opening provided between the seats for trunk access and was somehow able to miraculously maneuver through our luggage packed trunk to pull the latch. Had he not been so experienced and prepared, we might not have been able to retrieve the keys at all or at the very least possibly have to fork out more cash for another solution. He was quick about too! We were back on the road in no time. Thank you so much Unlock Master! You turned what could have been an out of town nightmare and the possibility of being stranded into a perfect save. We appreciate you and highly recommend to anyone that they use your services. read more

We cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who rescued us from the side of the interstate. We had a flat tire in the 90 degree heat, sitting along side the cars speeding by. The angel of a gentleman at Unlock Master suggested how we could stay safe until he arrived, called us along the way to let us know where he was as we were 1/2 hour away from his business. He said he would be bringing us water to drink. When he arrived he was fast and extremely kind. Then he took the time to be sure we could reload the full car including the big tire! And then gave us good instructions on driving on a temporary tire and exact directions to get our tire repaired. Just the best experience!! Thank you! read more

I cannot say enough nice things about the man who helped me unlock my keys from the inside of my car after a mishap at the auto parts store. He was sent through my insurance company as roadside service and I couldn't be more thankful! I had had a terrible day and was visibly upset and he was incredibly kind and conversational. From here on out I will ONLY be using Unlock Master for my roadside services. And if the man who helped me is reading this, you have no idea what your kind words did for me that day. so the gentleman was great and a pleasure to meet ...he helped us at 518 Lexington Rd. on Easter Sunday. He didn't hesitate to work on our tire and get it changed. He even put the bad tire back were the spare was. Get personality , and clearly a people person. I would recommend he to anyone. If his name was on his card I would have put his name in this review. read more
