This isnt a "waiting on parts" issue either as we know the parts were received because of the SAME text over and over saying Great news! We have received all the parts....for 3 weeks. Perhaps stop taking in so many vehicles at one time and you could exactly finish a job in a timely manner. A bit more transparency and honest vehicle updates would make this better as well. Receiving the same text messages over and over just make customers more upset knowing absolutely nothing has been done with the vehicle since the last 5 messages with the same update were sent. Perhaps actually calling your customers with regular updates would make your customers trust you more. Having a vehicle for going on two months for minor damage when parts were all received over 3 weeks ago is insane....especially considering the amount per hour you are charging for labor. And getting messages from your dealership while my vehicle is there asking me if I want to buy a new one is BEYOND LAUGHABLE. Your collision center and service center make me want to run far away from buying a vehicle from your company. Sure I am just one customer and you likely dont care if you lose out on one customer but I will be sure to share my experiences with everyone I know and on all platforms.
