This business exceeded my expectations. I am a novice when it comes to bike repairs, and I depend…read moreon my good biking expert, out of state friend for help. Since returning to New England, I have been worried about being ripped off when going to bike repair stores alone. This is on par to anxiety about going to a mechanic. The man I spoke with (I think the owner?) was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about the bike problem. He is very trustworthy, and I believed him when he said "I'm the worst salesperson." He fixed the problem without needing to sell me anything, and he explained the issue in a helpful, nonjudgmental manner. I had offered to pay but he declined. I then offered to purchase a hitch rack for my car because I wanted to support an honest company. Well the hitch rack wasn't a good fit for my car (he told me that he wouldn't feel comfortable in me purchasing that item due to safety concerns). I actually even asked about buying a kickstand but was politely told that it's not a good fit for my bike. So I ended up returning home with an intact bike and didn't spend a dime. I am writing this review not because I wasn't charged for his help. I am writing this review because he provided honest feedback and didn't capitalize on my lack of expertise. His prices are fair and pretty similar to prices seen on Amazon. I will be returning to the bike shop in the future and I encourage others to do the same for any and all of their biking needs and wants.

He offered next-step options (send to Apple or a place in Burlington) but said they may or may not work and would likely be pricey. True to his logo - "No fix, No Fee" - Travis charged nothing for the time he took to help. I appreciate his time and honest approach and would go there again for any computer issue.

You brace yourself going to a dealer, prepare mentally for the oncoming "pushy salesmen." Instead, you get a friendly attentive gentleman who doesn't try to "push" anything on you. I got a call back immediately. I told the company my issue. They said right up front that they didn't know if they could accomplish the work I needed done but they would try. They tried and gave me great feedback as to who I needed to call to get my job done. I am not familiar with the area so that was such a huge help for me. They didn't even charge me for their time which is unheard of. I had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend. THANK YOU, NOYES...

I recently brought my Honda Rancher ATV in after they called me about some warranty work that…read moreneeded to be done. While it was there, I decided to get an oil change done too. When I came to pick it up, they handed me a bill for $186 just for the oil change -- $125 in labor and the rest in parts. They told me this with a straight face. I was in shock. An ATV oil change does not take long, and I had wrongly assumed it would cost somewhere around what I normally pay for my car (about $80). To see more than double that was extremely disappointing. After calling around later, I found out I could have easily had the same service done elsewhere for less than half the price. The labor charge alone feels outrageous for such a simple service. Maybe if you have a major repair you might consider bringing your ATV here, but for something basic like an oil change, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I had even planned to buy a new Foreman for our property and a Honda side by side for my mom, but after this experience, I will absolutely not be purchasing or servicing anything here again. Very disappointed.
