They run a tight ship and always keep the customer in mind. To be honest, I was a little nervous because I am not much of a painter. But Natasha was so welcoming and had such a warm presence. Natasha was an excellent teacher-- encouraging and patient, but left room for you to add your creative touches. Natasha was especially good at checking in with each of us. I left the class with a beautiful painting of a snowy landscape that hangs in my bathroom today. I would highly recommend taking a class with her! Thank you, Natasha! -Holly D

Both my mom and I had conversations with her regarding her process and offerings. I spoke with Hope a few times because I had a pretty specific vision of what I wanted and she wanted to be sure to get it right- she did! I know she also works with plenty of brides who don't know what they want and based on my interactions with her, I'm sure she'll guide you right! Aside from her professional, yet warm demeanor her painting was exquisite! She showed up on site on time and painted during the ceremony and into the reception. My husband and I are in absolute awe of how realistic we look in the painting! We are moving into our home later this year and I cannot wait to find a beautiful space to feature it in! Hope also provides thank you notes with the painting. I have received SO many compliments on the thank you notes and how amazing the painting came out. It is such a special painting and memory of our wedding day that will help us reminisce for years to come!

Verilux, you rock! You rule! You rock and rule!…read more Rewind to four years ago. A visitor to our home unceremoniously declares that the "lighting sucks" in our offices. Suggests getting full-spectrum desk lamps. So...I order two of them from Verilux (the first thing that came up in Google). They're wonderful. So wonderful, that I continue to order from the company. I especially love their UV sanitizing wand -- although I have no way to prove that it works -- I'm pretty confident that it does. Fast forward to right now. One of the desk lamps dies. Remembering that they guarantee their products, I call Verilux and let them know. Without even having to ask, a new lamp is promised to me despite that line being discontinued. "We'll find one around here for you. If we can't, we'll give you a call to discuss another kind." Our new lamp shows up in only a few days! Yay!!!! Illuminated desk: good! Thank you Verilux! That's some pretty freaking awesome customer service.
