On top of that, on even SHORTER notice, they welded a rusted-out exhaust pipe that might have broken on the first bump on the three-hour drive home in my new-to-me auto. So I was able to drive home stress free. And they charged me a very reasonable price. KUDOS to the three generations of Stones running that place. It is a very, very busy business. I open my hood because they broke the latch and didn't repair it. Along with a lot of plastic material under the hood. So I was left, needing to access the engine and not being able to. I drove it to a nearby shop and they had to use pliers to open the hood. They even stated that that should have been fixed. Clearly no one since J&L has accessed the hood as they wouldn't be able to even open it! And J&L Service Center was the last one access my engine. They denied accountability. Had they owned up to it and simply fixed it I would not be so angry. I understand things happen, that are often out of our control, however, they didn't inform me that it happened and simply sent me on my way with it. Dangerous and irresponsible. J&L .. I trusted you.
