Over the phone gave me an up-front total price of $350 for the service I needed, because "using your insurance - the deductible would be so much higher'. Asked twice if that was the full price. Day of, they showed up 20 minutes late, took my payment, asked for ID and insurance. Assured me that they weren't billing the insurance, just needed it for records. Guess what I received a week later - a denial of claim as out of network and a bill for $2200+. They ran my insurance and now expect me to pay them over $2200. Don't fall for the "it's one price and so much cheaper than your deductible' scam. On top of that the report sent to my Dr said that I had no gallbladder. I most certainly do. So their results are as questionable as their manner of doing business.

I came here for my first mammogram and ultrasound of the surrounding tissues. I was here for hours and I mean HOURS. I'd say at least three. It was awful. First they had me change to a gown and wait in a small waiting area. I was there for an hour before I was seen. I got my mammogram by the sweetest tech ever. She was the only good part of this visit. Then I was told to wait back in waiting area with gown on to get the ultrasound. ANOTHER HOUR went by. Finally I was taken to get the ultrasound. I got it done by another technician who afterwards told me I was waiting for the radiologist doctor to come talk to me about my results. I waited, not joking, at least 40 minutes waiting in a gown sitting on the edge of an exam table for the doctor who never showed. The technician came back in and said the doctor was busy talking to someone so she, the technician, would tell me my results. That's unbelievable, especially considering I was in there because I felt a lump and was worried sick. The results she gave were just that it's fine and to keep a watch on it etc. I was finally sent home after 3+ hours of being here. Absolutely appalled at the treatment I received here. I was in there scared and just told essentially the doctor is too busy for me and I was given a partial report of my results. I left traumatized and upset. I'd never recommend going here to anyone.

This place is the worst! The receptionist fails to send an MRI script even after I call to tell her…read morethat I made the appointment. She assured me that she would send it. I show up for my appointment and no script was sent. The imaging center can't call them because it's a Saturday. I call to reschedule everything and the receptionist has an attitude because I asked why she didn't send the script when she said she would. I get the MRI, show up for my follow up with my disk and she says the Dr. doesn't want to see me until he gets the written report, I will have to reschedule you. I said forget it, this is the fourth time in three months that I left work for a Dr. who is only there one day a week from 8-10;30am. I will find a Dr. with better hours and a receptionist with a more understanding attitude.
