Go to a more caring and kind practice. Review: I have been seeing Terri, his PA, for injections since I moved here. I had an appointment scheduled for the 21st of March that was cancelled because of the state closures. When I called when they reopened, I was told at first I wouldn't be able to get into see her until July. Then I was told that she was calling patients that were cancelled in order to reschedule and she was almost through them and I would receive a call by the end of the week. The end of the week came and I didn't receive a call. I sent an email asking for an update on when I should be expected to receive a call and admittedly was a little frustrated in the email because I was one of the first cancelled, was told that she was almost through Fallon all of her cancelled patients to reschedule them, she promised she would call me by Friday, and that I never received a call even though my appt was the same week the state closed down. I was very confused why the receptionist told me she was calling all of her patients in order or cancellation and Terri chimed in the background saying that she would call by Friday. I called on Tuesday asking for an update was able to be worked into June. I sent an email thanking them and apologizing for being frustrated and acknowledging that we are all undergoing challenges and that I was thrilled it worked out and I was worked in and that I expressed empathy for the pressure they're under with the new guidelines and emphasized with them. I'm in sales so I believe in always treating those who answer the phone just as kindly as everyone else. Today, I received an email saying I was being released from the practice because I wasn't patient and for how I treated office staff. There was a lot of communication from their office that caused confusion and I acknowledged that. I was accused of treating the office staff rudely over the phone when I was just trying to ask questions to understand when I should be expected to be worked in. I was never rude to anyone there. Please keep in mind I sent the most heartfelt email apologizing for misunderstanding what the receptionist said to me and emphasized with what they're going through and shared personal challenges I've run into with my own job trying to relate. It was so sincere and asked for forgiveness and said I love their staff and was so excited to get back in. I'm not sure if they're having to cut patients by revenue due to the new guidelines and I don't spend enough there. However, I am in disbelief that I was treated this way and that they released me. We are all trying to adjust and dealing with our own challenges during these times and need to have patience, empathy, and understanding that we may not be aware of their new guidelines and it might be helpful to communicate that when a patient calls in. Due to the way I was treated after always being so kind to everyone who worked there, I think it's important to share this experience just in case anyone is trying to get an appointment with anyone who provides services, they may not be able to adequately communicate the new rules they are under and how they're approaching it and to not take everything they say at their word because it might be changing every day and the front office might not be in align with the back office. I completely emphasize with everyone having to adjust the way they do business with the new guidelines and that it is probably very stressful, difficult to change systems, and get patients back in after being closed for months. However, I am in disbelief I was discharged especially after sending a sincere, heartfelt apology. I was even told that I need to learn a life lesson from this. After being a loyal patient and ALWAYS kind to everyone there, I DO NOT recommend a practice that treats their patients especially during a pandemic when everything is super confusing and us all having our own challenges and stress this way. I was treated extremely unfairly and it was clear they did not practice the art of forgiveness or empathy that they expect their patients to have for them. Not to mention. I haven't been in for injections since October. With them releasing me, it will take 3-4 months to get in with an experienced injector because those that are the best at what they do, are rescheduling their current patients and/or not accepting new patients at this time. Talk about inconsideration, adding more stress to the stress we all already have, and most importantly, not caring one single bit about their loyal patients who have been kind and spent a significant amount of money there. Go somewhere else. Please do not support them. If they treat me this way, they will do the same to you.

It's now two days post-surgery and I am sitting here at home feeling like a bazillion bucks!…read more Despite stitches, swelling and bruising, I am able to see the bigger picture and that is what I am going to look like even as soon as a month from now. Not only do I physically feel lighter after my breast reduction, but my spirit feels lifted as well. What you have done for my self-confidence along with providing me hope for a pain-free back is a feeling that I don't even think words could do justice. I assure you, one look at my face and this mile wide smile of mine would be enough to tell you exactly how I feel about my decision to have a reduction and my decision and belief in you and your staff to properly care for me. Thank you, Dr. Fata, Donette and the rest of your staff for the superior patient/doctor experience and treatment. There was not one question left unanswered or any confusion on post-surgical care. You and your staff made it a point several times to ask me how I was feeling, if I had any questions or thoughts and encouraged my participation in the final decision making process about size, proportion and comfort. At any time in the future should I consider further plastic surgery, there is absolutely NO ONE that I would consult with other than you, Dr. Fata, and your staff. Your care of me was phenomenal; your genuine concern for my husband who was pacing in the waiting room was touching. Kudos to Renaissance Plastic Surgery! Jennifer T.

I was told to bring support hose. as it turned out I was supposed to bring compression hose from a drug store. Since I did not have them they sold me a pair that turned out to be a medium short size. I am both tall and large and since I have to wear them for 4-6 days (they did not tell me this before the appointment) they are literally cutting off my circulation. They also told me nothing in advance about the pain involved both during and after the procedure. This office is unbelievably disorganized and unprofessional. No one wore identification nor did they identify themselves. I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment. They shared no information when i made my appointment, never telling me I would have pain afterwards and could not exercise as usually for 4-6 days. I would never visit this office again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Expect poor service if you buy a discount voucher (Groupon, LivingSocial, Eversave, etc.)…read more I purchased a voucher for six laser hair removal treatments. After my first treatment, I asked when I should shave before my next treatment. As best I recall, the woman who gave my treatment told me 2-3 days. For my second treatment, I left work early and drove to this office in adverse winter weather. When I arrived, the woman giving the treatment (I don't know if it was the same individual or not) looked horrified and asked how long ago I shaved. I told her 2-3 days prior as instructed. She told me that was not correct, and didn't I refer to the post-procedure instructions they gave me? (At the time, I said I had not. Later, I looked at this sheet and it did NOT contain that information.) So, she went off and looked for a razor. She came back after a couple of minutes, said they had no razor, and I had to go home because she wouldn't treat me. I asked if I could have the treatment anyway, and she refused. Then I asked if I could reschedule. Rather than rescheduling my less than five-minute appointment, the office simply refused to give me that treatment. So I only got five treatments although I purchased the voucher for six. I was happy with the laser treatments but very unhappy with customer treatment.
