Great shoe return policy! I went there today to see what…read morethey had in shoes that might fit my budget and my foot. I've had an injury to my right foot before and I need arch support. I shopped for an hour and a half. I went early, around 8am, and had few other customers to contend with. The store was clean, neat, and the music wasn't too loud. The aisles were clutter free and easy to move through. I love how the shoes are laid out at Academy. They are laid out by style or purpose, and of course who they are for, and then price! I love being able to go straight to what I can afford without having to look at each and every pair to see the prices. The shoes are organized by sizes, so the smaller sizes are on the bottom and the boxes go up with the sizes. It makes it really easy to find your size when looking for shoes. They don't do that at Shoe Carnival. They have plenty of areas to try on shoes with plenty of room to put your shoe boxes. If the store is packed, you may not be able to find a seat if people are inconsiderate, but I had no issues this time or any other I've been here. They have a store brand, Trendz, that is available in many styles, like running, training, sandals, etc. The athletic versions I tried on were as comfortable as the Nike and Avia's I tried on. I will buy a pair of these when I go back. I bought a pair of Teva Tirra women's sandals for around 60 bucks. They weren't on sale but offered excellent arch support and cushion! These seasonal, summer sandals, are adjacent to the regular shoe section on another aisle. The same aisle with all of the flip flops and near the men's work shoes. Very easy to find with benches at the end of those aisles to try shoes on. They also had mirrors on those benches. When I checked out I asked the customer service lady about the shoe return policy. She said there wasn't a 30 day limit and you could return them even if they are worn. That made me very happy to hear! The reason why this is so important to me is because the floors in my home aren't carpeted. So by just wearing them around the house to see how they feel I can mar the soles. I'm super excited to be able to return shoes there, if I need to, now! Especially when I just spent 60 bucks on a pair of sandals. In the past I've bought other items from the store. I've bought soccer equipment and shoes and socks. I've also purchased Levi shorts and Columbia clothing. The sports equipment is good quality. They always have some nice clothing on clearance, which I love. They have a good selection of athletic and casual wear, overall. I've always been greeted by an employee when I come into the store and the cashiers are always efficient and friendly as well. The bathrooms are clean and they have water fountains. The bathrooms are located at the back of the store in the camping dept. Which is the only downside when you have children...walking a long ways to the potty. Lol.

I would have left a while ago if not for a nice lady (I don't think works there anymore). after yesterday not even the one nice lady would keep me going back to that store. I talked with some women that told me the biggest lies I have ever heard, just because she didn't give us all of the refills she was supposed to. I am old and don't drive on ice plus my husband has dementia's and I can't leave him at home alone. Why can't people just say "I made a mistake and I'm sorry " rather than making stupid stuff up and telling lies. I wouldn't be looking for a new drug store right now

This Walgreens has a wonderful staff. The store is always clean and the prices are good on most…read moreitems. Sometimes I purchase household items there when I just need a few things and don't feel like going to Target or Publix. Elizabeth at the front register is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered working a register. She knows which items you have that might be on sale and looks them up in the ad for you in no time flat. This is my only drugstore. They also have one or two Redbox units outside so I can get my medicine, some movies, and the popcorn to go with them. The drive-through isn't blazingly fast but when it comes to my medicine, I'd rather them take their time than to make a mistake. They are very good at their jobs.
