Best $15 car wash I ever had. They clean the exterior and vacuum interior and wipe down windows inside out and the dash as well. I also got my oil changed and a massage in the chair while I was there. The place is clean and comfortable, but that chair is not like a salon chair while you get a pedicure. They vibrate the heck out of your spine and belly. Enjoy. I usually tip $5 b/c the guys are working hard and share the tips. Although, I think the tips should go to the hardest workers. I saw this one guy lazily wash my windows while another guy (white dude with beard) hustled and did both his side and the back then ask the other guy if he wiped the back side window of my car. The guy replied, "yeah," but I was watching the whole time and he did not get to it, so he basically lied. The bearded guy should get a raise and more tips. I hope the manager sees this. SLOW, slow service. My car didn't even go through the wash for 30 minutes when it came out the guys half ass dried it and then didn't put the bug protection I paid for, I had to remind them. NEVER visit here again. I gave these car wash another try today...MISTAKE! I subscribed to the lower price monthly wash. I typically wash my car 3x's weekly, so just a quick wash keeps it clean. I knew right away this was not a great car wash. My car still Has water spots from the week before as well as the moss residue from the trees. There is no courtesy towels or window cleaner at the vacuums, and frankly the vacuums didn't really have a great suction. After the 4th wash or so, and realizing my windshield was still dingy, I did a more thorough inspection and found that the lift gate was filthy (I have an SUV) and the car was just rinsed down. Car wash is OK. They do take quite a bit and Also do not let you drive your car onto the ramp in the car wash. I was really looking for a drive-through car wash where I didn't have to get out. I also don't like anybody driving my car but they told me I had no option after I already paid. I've been here before. Seemed like a good car wash. Car gets pretty clean, I'm not that picky. (By the way, find their coupon on website first.). Anyway, I'm here now and I'm amazed and perturbed at how slow it is. Busy Saturday, 7-10 cars all being processed, and you got one guy drying and only 2 guys finishing with the windows and wipe down. And those two guys, god bless 'em, are in no hurry in this 95 degree weather. Moving slow, lots of water breaks, can't blame them but maybe blame management for not staffing more people. AutoSpa Express car wash is an absolute waste of money and time. they do not offer towels to dry the car, windex, and the vacuums had no suction. one of the vacuums used turned off in the middle of cleaning. Def would not recommend if you are looking to actually clean your car. read more

First time going to this carwash and probably won't go again. I wanted to see how they would do on a regular wash in & out before paying for a full detail that I need. The vacuuming was apparently limited to the floor as the seats were not touched and it appears they just lifted up the floor mats and vacuumed since I had to do it again. The windows were cleaned, but none of the interior surfaces so had to do that myself as well. Also had to clean all the door jams. So if you're expecting a complete job, I guess you will have to pay for a higher package but you'll have to ask since there is no signage indicating what is available. read more

Went to the spa years ago and didn't like my experience... The people left in charge were just..., "off." Several years later I thought I'd give them a chance at redemption and handed over my Honda Element with five years of crud and beach gunk for them to do their top rung of care .... I skeptically figured I'd be returning to point out the flaws. I returned to an absolutely NEW car and was elated!!!! They even got ALL of the sun screen off the armrests...the interior was showroom new and I couldn't find a grain of sand, a stain on the seats or a flaw on the now polished rubberized floor and dash. Not a flaw in the whole car!!!! On the exterior they removed several paint rubs and blemishes. I also got a wax, and even though it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, they got me right in. Price is very fair. For an exterior and interior clean, $17. For the wax with premium wax $75, which included all the exterior and interior, tire shine, etc. If you really care about your car, you will drive out happy. I used to come here all the time but my last 3 visits were very poor. This place was great years ago but hasn't been kept up. Their brushes don't clean correctly, none of the rotating brushes touch the front or the back of the car, and the poor guys at the end try to make up for it with Windex and a rag. First time here on a Friday at 10am. Two lanes open and 4 cars ahead of me. 4-5 guys doing the drying and finishing work. Since most of the negative reviews are about how long it takes Im paying attention. By 10:25, I see my car leaving the vacuum bag and heading to the wash line. By 10:35, it emerges from the wash line and moves to the finish area. Just watching these guys work, I realize how much extra work they do beyond what I think of as a normal car wash. They go well beyond a drying and window wipe. 10 minutes later, my car is ready. On inspection, they've clearly done a very thorough job inside and out. From a quality standpoint, I'm very pleased. But had I been in a hurry, I might feel differently. The bottom line: you can have it done quickly or you can have it done thoroughly. You can't have both. At least not here. Bring something to do or just chill. But do t be in a hurry. read more
