Highly recommend the monthly wash club! Great value if you wash your car weekly! Property is well maintained and conveniently located next to Wawa so you can fill up your tank in the same trip! read more

A picture is worth a thousand words so I'll keep this review short. This was the second time I drove out with dirt still on my car despite paying for a premium wash, but most concerning is the damage pictured here. I asked for a manager to discuss this with, guy said "that's me" and waved his hands, would not even look. I was removing bugs the night before and know this was not preexisting. I'd highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

University Auto Spa - Damage from Greenbrier Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

Best $15 car wash I ever had. They clean the exterior and vacuum interior and wipe down windows inside out and the dash as well. I also got my oil changed and a massage in the chair while I was there. The place is clean and comfortable, but that chair is not like a salon chair while you get a pedicure. They vibrate the heck out of your spine and belly. Enjoy. I usually tip $5 b/c the guys are working hard and share the tips. Although, I think the tips should go to the hardest workers. I saw this one guy lazily wash my windows while another guy (white dude with beard) hustled and did both his side and the back then ask the other guy if he wiped the back side window of my car. The guy replied, "yeah," but I was watching the whole time and he did not get to it, so he basically lied. The bearded guy should get a raise and more tips. I hope the manager sees this. I plan to return and see again if the work is distributed fairly. read more

I have a monthly account.... It's easy and I use it about 5 days a week. My tires look great and it's easy peasy.

My suv/tires were still dirty! The vacuums barely have suction and I paid for the $14.00 wash! I was looking at my bank account and saw $18.00, so I had to go back and look at my receipt. And the guy had charged me $18. I will not be returning...1st and last time! read more

SLOW, slow service. My car didn't even go through the wash for 30 minutes when it came out the guys half ass dried it and then didn't put the bug protection I paid for, I had to remind them. NEVER visit here again. I gave these car wash another try today...MISTAKE! Took 30 minutes and they failed to wipe down ANY of the interior, doors, dash, seats etc. I paid extra for wheel detail...didn't do that either! TERRIBLE car wash center!!! read more

I subscribed to the lower price monthly wash. I typically wash my car 3x's weekly, so just a quick wash keeps it clean. I knew right away this was not a great car wash. My car still Has water spots from the week before as well as the moss residue from the trees. There is no courtesy towels or window cleaner at the vacuums, and frankly the vacuums didn't really have a great suction. After the 4th wash or so, and realizing my windshield was still dingy, I did a more thorough inspection and found that the lift gate was filthy (I have an SUV) and the car was just rinsed down. A waste of money for sure read more

Car wash is OK. They do take quite a bit and Also do not let you drive your car onto the ramp in the car wash. I was really looking for a drive-through car wash where I didn't have to get out. I also don't like anybody driving my car but they told me I had no option after I already paid. The guy who dried off the car took his time So I gave him a good tip but overall probably won't be coming back again. read more

I had a great experience at this place. The guy (wish I could remember his name) detailed my car and hand waxed it. He did a really good job. Prices are cheaper than other auto detailing facilities and they do just as good of a job! read more

I've been here before. Seemed like a good car wash. Car gets pretty clean, I'm not that picky. (By the way, find their coupon on website first.). Anyway, I'm here now and I'm amazed and perturbed at how slow it is. Busy Saturday, 7-10 cars all being processed, and you got one guy drying and only 2 guys finishing with the windows and wipe down. And those two guys, god bless 'em, are in no hurry in this 95 degree weather. Moving slow, lots of water breaks, can't blame them but maybe blame management for not staffing more people. Since my car came out of the wash area, it has sat untouched for 20 min. Been here over an hour. Sigh. read more

AutoSpa Express car wash is an absolute waste of money and time. they do not offer towels to dry the car, windex, and the vacuums had no suction. one of the vacuums used turned off in the middle of cleaning. Def would not recommend if you are looking to actually clean your car. read more

The price of car wash with the red lava wax is $19. The only thing that came clean were the windows. The hood of the car is still dirty. I drove back and complained and they let me drive through again. It doesn't clean, period. I will not go back again. It's convenient to me but worth it to go out of my way to go somewhere else. So disappointed. read more

This might be the worse car wash in the country. Sitting in waiting area for an hour after waiting 20 minutes to have car taken for vacuum. Owner nowhere to be found or hiding in office. Stay away. Just left car wash 1:30 minutes after pulling into parking lot. Owner should be embarrassed and credit everyone waiting for an hour plus on April 30th. Also, tell your staff to keep their hands off of my radio stations! read more

$15 washed away ... I understand I got there 35 minutes they close for the day. I also understand I asked for a wash on the outside of my car only and just a quick wipe down in the front of the car... But no excuse for leaving spots on my rear view Windows, no excuse to leave my windshield with the tinier versions of the spots I actually drove in with. Sorry will not return, will not recommend. 4 guys working on one tiny car should have had a better result. read more

First time going to this carwash and probably won't go again. I wanted to see how they would do on a regular wash in & out before paying for a full detail that I need. The vacuuming was apparently limited to the floor as the seats were not touched and it appears they just lifted up the floor mats and vacuumed since I had to do it again. The windows were cleaned, but none of the interior surfaces so had to do that myself as well. Also had to clean all the door jams. So if you're expecting a complete job, I guess you will have to pay for a higher package but you'll have to ask since there is no signage indicating what is available. read more

I got the basic car wash, no frills, and my car was cleaned to perfection inside, outside, and windows for 16$. Yes, they do one car at a time so it took maybe 20 + min but the waiting area is clean and quiet with cooking shows in TV, quite pleasant. For this kind of cleaning my husband routinely pays $35 and he waits even longer. The service was polite and they worked efficiently. This was my first visit but I will certainly return. read more

Reasonably priced car wash. Does a nice job on exteriora and free powerful vacuums available for customer's use.

I went here this morning and 1 hour later I was told my car had a soft coat, that's why it still had bug residue. I noticed there was still bug residue on the windshield; maybe it had a soft coat too! After washing this same soft coat at home, voila, no bug residue. This place is a waste of time and money!! read more

Went to the spa years ago and didn't like my experience... The people left in charge were just..., "off." Several years later I thought I'd give them a chance at redemption and handed over my Honda Element with five years of crud and beach gunk for them to do their top rung of care .... I skeptically figured I'd be returning to point out the flaws. I returned to an absolutely NEW car and was elated!!!! They even got ALL of the sun screen off the armrests...the interior was showroom new and I couldn't find a grain of sand, a stain on the seats or a flaw on the now polished rubberized floor and dash. Not a flaw in the whole car!!!! On the exterior they removed several paint rubs and blemishes. See Derek at the front for exceptional service, tip David for his work well done, and thank owner Steve and his Carrera Limo for not allowing you to wait in the lobby for the time it takes for detailing. They sealed a New Deal with me! I wouldn't hesitate to go back! I will return again and again. read more

If you just want to get a quick automatic wash, this might not be for you. But if you want to get really great car wash, this is for you. Yes, it takes a while, but only because they pay a lot of attention to detail. Interior is very nicely done, and every inch is cleaned on the outside, with extra cleaner if needed. I also got a wax, and even though it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, they got me right in. Price is very fair. For an exterior and interior clean, $17. For the wax with premium wax $75, which included all the exterior and interior, tire shine, etc. If you really care about your car, you will drive out happy. Bring a Kindle or listen to a podcast and the time goes quickly. read more

Ugh! What a shame that this place has gotten so poor! This used to be a great car wash but now they are always short staffed and they take way too long to do a simple wash. I waited over an hour!!! I used to come here all the time but my last 3 visits were very poor. The worst part is that on one of the occasions the owner seemed to be here but it's almost like he didn't care that they were so slow. Maybe it's because they are always busy so he knows he can cut corners? It's a shame cause they used to be the best place in Sarasota to get a car wash read more

This place was great years ago but hasn't been kept up. Their brushes don't clean correctly, none of the rotating brushes touch the front or the back of the car, and the poor guys at the end try to make up for it with Windex and a rag. First time here on a Friday at 10am. Two lanes open and 4 cars ahead of me. 4-5 guys doing the drying and finishing work. Since most of the negative reviews are about how long it takes Im paying attention. By 10:25, I see my car leaving the vacuum bag and heading to the wash line. By 10:35, it emerges from the wash line and moves to the finish area. Just watching these guys work, I realize how much extra work they do beyond what I think of as a normal car wash. They go well beyond a drying and window wipe. 10 minutes later, my car is ready. On inspection, they've clearly done a very thorough job inside and out. From a quality standpoint, I'm very pleased. But had I been in a hurry, I might feel differently. The bottom line: you can have it done quickly or you can have it done thoroughly. You can't have both. At least not here. Bring something to do or just chill. But do t be in a hurry. read more

Staff is always friendly and responsive, they go over and above to assist. Wish they were open later during the week due to my working hours but I can sometimes go during lunch because the service is quick and reliable. Comfortable atmosphere to wait and the best part, you dont have to deal with all the up-selling you get at places like Tire Kingdom, Jiffy Lube, etc... The service is so good that even though the price of an oil change is a little higher, its worth every penny!!! If you live in the LWR or North Sarasota area, its a must! read more
