The nicest tow truck I've ever seen for sure. Felt like he was doing with my car and it was safe. After he dropped the car off, we couldn't get the lights in our car to go off. (Totally our fault) I called him for advice. After a little while, he called me back to check and make sure we figured it out. How nice is that! Definitely recommend the service.

Do not believe any of the reviews of this place, these guys are terrible people, and I mean one of…read morethe most shittiest people on this planet. I was working in the area one time and I parked somewhere that I always would park in my car but this day specifically I was driving my older brother's vehicle. My vehicle was currently at the dealership being worked on. These guys decided to tow my older brother's car and when I realized after work, these guys have taken my car and they gave me a bullshit excuse on why they took it. I sat at work for three hours waiting for them to release my vehicle. They charged me around 300 to 400$ When I asked them to give me an explanation, why they told the car the owner looked at me and told me that he's been giving me warnings the past couple days not to park there but that's a complete lie because I never got any warning and I wasn't in my vehicle, I was my older brother's car so that then in there, I saw that they were lying and trying to make money off of me. They were scouting me from a corner and saw that I was a young guy, and they took advantage of it. So please be careful with these guys. These guys are complete liars and manipulators. I've been trying to sue them for the past 23 years because I do not believe these type of people deserve power whatsoever. They are using their towing services to take advantage of people and they try to make as much money off of you as they can. The only good person in there is a female, but she can't say much or help you because she depends on that job. Again, I am not a bot like the bots that they have in their reviews. These are all close friends of theirs and Bause that have given that place a good review in order for the company to keep running. They're gonna try to keep me quiet by reading this post and saying it's all a lie, but I have proof of anyone wants to see Like I said I've been trying to sue these people for a while now I am coming after them. they think they could just mess with anyone and we'll get away with it and that is not true. I hope they read this and shit themselves because I hate them.

As soon as he arrived, he checked under the hood and in two minutes flat, hooked my car up and towed it to my local auto shop at my request. Ten years with a three-lettered auto club as a PLUS member and never once did I get the high-quality service I got from Luis tonight. He is knowledgeable, has a keen attention to detail and is also courteous. At the end of the day (literally in my case), car trouble isn't just inconvenient and costly, it can be unsafe and a worrisome experience for us ladies if we break down somewhere. I was fortunate to be at home, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact this honest, reliable towing service again should I need to.
