Mr. Reese is more reliable than our own insurance company's towing providers. We only had one or two successful tows with Progressive. And by successful, we mean timely tow truck arrival, and no confusion with if we should be charged or not for the tow. North Star Towing gives you an estimated time of arrival, and adheres to it! If there is anything that throws off that timeline, Mr. Reese will tell you. He is excellent when it comes to communicating with you while he is in transit. We primarily go with North Star Towing because they tow motorcycles, and treat them with kid gloves when loading and unloading them. But North Star also tows standard vehicles. Needing a tow is a stressful situation. Meaning, you a need reliable, timely, and trustworthy company. This is what you will find with Mr. Reese's company, North Star Towing. Do not believe any of the reviews of this place, these guys are terrible people, and I mean one of…read morethe most shittiest people on this planet. I was working in the area one time and I parked somewhere that I always would park in my car but this day specifically I was driving my older brother's vehicle. My vehicle was currently at the dealership being worked on. These guys decided to tow my older brother's car and when I realized after work, these guys have taken my car and they gave me a bullshit excuse on why they took it. I sat at work for three hours waiting for them to release my vehicle. They charged me around 300 to 400$ When I asked them to give me an explanation, why they told the car the owner looked at me and told me that he's been giving me warnings the past couple days not to park there but that's a complete lie because I never got any warning and I wasn't in my vehicle, I was my older brother's car so that then in there, I saw that they were lying and trying to make money off of me. They were scouting me from a corner and saw that I was a young guy, and they took advantage of it. So please be careful with these guys. These guys are complete liars and manipulators. I've been trying to sue them for the past 23 years because I do not believe these type of people deserve power whatsoever. They are using their towing services to take advantage of people and they try to make as much money off of you as they can. The only good person in there is a female, but she can't say much or help you because she depends on that job. Again, I am not a bot like the bots that they have in their reviews. These are all close friends of theirs and Bause that have given that place a good review in order for the company to keep running. They're gonna try to keep me quiet by reading this post and saying it's all a lie, but I have proof of anyone wants to see Like I said I've been trying to sue these people for a while now I am coming after them. they think they could just mess with anyone and we'll get away with it and that is not true. I hope they read this and shit themselves because I hate them.
