I never got anything from the credit bureaus and I have lived in the same address since then. I fixed my own credit by contacting the collection agencies and asking them to do a paid to delete some thing that I literally learned off the Internet. I also applied for a secured credit card and kept that utilization under 10% which made my credit jump high. The overall tone felt condescending and completely lacking in empathy. Within about 15 minutes I felt so unheard and uncomfortable that I ended the consultation early. Family law matters are already stressful and vulnerable. Clients deserve patience, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
