The lady claimed it takes them longer, which is BS. It takes mere seconds to alternate between colors and takes no longer to dry. I wasn't asking for a design on each toe. Literally just the color itself on each toe. Despite me politely mentioning it, they stuck with charging 5 extra bucks. I timed how long it took for 3 coats of gel, and it was 10 minutes total, which included the heat lamp to cure the gel. That's just a little over 3 minutes for each round of paint for both feet. Alternating between colors took seconds. I REALLY wanted those colors, and since it's gross to charge 5 extra dollars for no reason, that extra 5 dollar charge was the tip. The deduction of stars has nothing to do with how it turned out and everything to do with a lack of ethics. This was my first time back in years. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Well, the service was excellent. I had a pedicure with a young man who was absolutely phenomenal. I also had my lip and chin waxed. My friend also had a pedicure, manicure, and a lip and chin wax. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. The service was exceptional and our nail techs were very pleasant. We wished we lived closer to this nail salon so we could become regular customers. I am so happy with my nice and soft feet. Great gel polish.

I showed her online where it said the gel manicure was only $28 and she pulled out a menu (which I was not given) to show me that the $28 was simply just to put color on and because she plucked the dead skin off around my nails it was an additional $15. There was zero communication about what was included or the actual price. The polish is a mess around the edges. She was working on two other clients at the same time as me as well. While trying to prove her point with the menu she even had to ask other workers where on the menu it said my service total was (it wasn't on there). She then finished by telling me that they will talk to their manager to have the menu updated for next time but that that was still the cost. I will not be back. I don't recommend you go.

I am tired of RUDE, non-English speaking foreigners providing overpriced, sub-par services.

As a barista, my hands go through a lot, so I really needed the full clean-up. When I brought it up, they told me that would've been $35 instead of $25, but no one explained the difference or gave me the option beforehand.
