Initially, I thought I'd have more issues with the Intermittent Fasting part of the program, but have found that the schedule is easy to follow and because I am eating so much healthy food throughout the day I am rarely if ever hungry. The workouts are fun and challenging with constant variety so you never get bored doing the same things over and over. One of my favorite things about the program is the idea of "progress over perfection", celebrating your wins and the community support. Dawn is an amazing coach too!- Knowledgeable, encouraging, available to answer questions and provide support in what ever way she can. Overall I am so happy I've joined. Even though my main goal was to be healthier, I lost about 10inches in the first 6 weeks which is a nice bonus! Highly recommend joining!

I took my child here for 1 1/2 week. We were really impressed upon walk through of the school. The…read moredirector was extremely nice. My child was excited to go but after the first day she was terrified. I couldn't get this knot out of my stomach. She started coming home saying her hair was ugly, she didn't like her earrings, and she couldn't talk to her teacher. I didn't say much I just listened to her. She is 3 years old and I was very sad to hear her say this. The final straw was when she was screaming when I went to drop her off and she saw the teacher coming and she immediately had a meltdown begging me not to leave her. This was a NO GO for me. The carpets are filthy. You would think after summer break they would have cleaned them, but no, they are covered with other rugs. Most childcare facilities no longer have carpet. Perhaps the owner should visit others. Also, if I was an owner and someone pulled their child after only a few weeks I would want to know why. Not this one, she sat in her office and didn't say anything she actually waved goodbye. The director told me that, "yo baby is fine"....this is when she wanted me to leave her in. That type of grammar is not what I'm interested in my child hearing at this age. The owner should definitely get involved in her school and walk around.
