They walked us through all the new options that were available to us now, and explained the advantages, and disadvantages to us clearly. We love our LED lights so much that we added them in our master bedroom, and bathroom. They were never pushy or tied up with others. When you were with them they stayed with you and made you feel like you were the only customer. They know their stuff! We also put in all new screw less plates over our plugs and switches, that is a great clean look I highly recommend. We even bought new lamps from them for our bedroom. We were able to get another transformer, but first they opened up the transformer to see if it could be easily fixed by changing the fuse. Unfortunately that did not fix it. Though the price had gone up on the transformers, they sold me the new one at the same price. I was very happy with the service.
