I visited the store 9/3/25 with a insurance claim from T-Mobile for a screen replacement on my…read morephone. I was told that it would take about a hour for the repair. I came back after a hour and was told the phone was smoking and that some how the battery had been punctured. I had to leave my phone overnight until a new battery was brought in from Houston. I arrived on 9/4 and received the phone but the new screen was not installed correctly or it did not agree with the frame on the phone. I gave the employee back my phone and she happily suggested changing out the frame for free. After everything was finished the phone looked and is currently operating like new. I appreciate the employees for making this unfortunate situation right and fixing my phone the correct way. Sometimes its ok to not get angry with people and to stay calm so we both can come to a solution to the problem. It was an inconvenience to not have my phone originally but I'm thankful everything turned out to be fine and I'm thankful for the employees that were involved in my specific repair.

Hello my name is Chloé Jefferson Saturday 6/15 I visited…read moreone of your stores in Beaumont to to get my VW atlas battery changed. When I got them I was greeted everything was great until it was time to change my battery I could tell she was about confused and struggled to get the battery but I took it as it being hot I would think you would employ or train qualified people. After about 20-30 ins she asked me to try my car. When I tried nothing. She said maybe she didn't tightened anything. By the time I knew something was wrong so I called my husband to meet me at the store. About another 20-30 mins she asked me try again. Again nothing. She explained she needed to go watch a video this was the time I knew something was not right. My husband asked for a supervisor to which she did not want to get one stating they pull be in Tuesday but after a bit of a back and forth one was finally called. Once the commercial supervisor arrived he explained that it was not properly placed in the car it was a few steps that was missed. After another 20-30 mins he tried by that time the car still did not work resulting in me having to tow it to the dealership. Today 6/17 I spoke to the dealership and my ECM was fried. This is the brains of my car to which your unqualified employee destroyed.
