First things first: This is a cheap barbershop $17 for a cut so you are 100% gonna get what you paid. When i expressed concern about wanting to cut my hair lower due to a cowlick he was like oh well if you want to do a 1 or half zero thats like a whole new haircut which implied he would have to charge me again, i said forget it.
