He claims the vehicles are not salvage vehicles but the DMV and insurance companies are the standard for finding out this sort of thing, not the owner of this business. Be a savy consumer when buying here. Do the research. Buyer beware

Just A Horrible Nightmare!!!…read more I purchased a car from them about a yr and half ago. I asked if the Car was salvage, the sales rep. said no. I asked if it had been in any accidents and again she said no. About a month ago I tried to trade in the car, and the dealer told me that my car was salvage; because it had been involved in an accident. and that It was not even close to been worth what I still owe on it. In less than a month after the purchased, I was on the freeway and a tire exploded on me. I had to buy tires on it. The tire shop told me That the tires on the car were so old and dried, cracked from been in the sun with our movement. Thank God I was able to control the car and not crash when that happen. When I told the dealer sales rep, she just kind of brushed it of. Within the 30 days after purchased I had to take the car back to the dealer because the check engine light kept turning on. Every time they told me it was a minor wire repair or a loose hose that it was no mechanical problems. At one point the car didn't start. I thinking it must just be a battery, Bought a new one. After the car didn't start the following day, I called the dealer about this separate issue. and There i go again to the dealer. At this point I was becoming frustrated, I told them to keep that car, do any necessary repairs to it, because I just could not waste anymore time driving back and forth with the car. When I picked the car up again after 2 days, They said everything was done; that it was an electrical issue and I should not have anymore problems. Well that was not that case. I have had numerous of issues that I had to spend money on. On top of that; they took my Diehard battery and replaced it with a no name brand. I have to spend too much money on this car on a monthly basis. Transmission is done for, the engine is has started to act up. I have to buy coolant on a monthly basis. But i'm stuck with it. This has been a horrible experience. I can not say that they were un-polite, but they were irresponsible, deceitful by selling something with lies and over priced.

So I called and spoke to Thomas the owner, he promised to fix it, he keep it for 1 1/2 month and they put around 1,200 miles on it while "fixing it". I got 4 parking tickets on the mail from from Beverly Hill, West LA, And 2 from South Central. And when I picked it, he said it was fixed but denied to give me any copy of paperwork that was done. So I drove it and it was worse that before. I end up returning it since he didn't fix it. He justpaid me 2 tickets and refused to pay the other 2, he said that it was not his fault that it was his mechanic fault. I'm not sure who's fault it is, but it's clear that instead of fixing the truck they just drove it around for 1 and a 1/2 month. I will never buy or recommend this dealer. Very dishonest and dishonest people should not be allowed to do any type of business.

I have been charged over and over for services that they have done, and yet I still bring my car in for the same issue because they never really fixed the underlying problem. People working here are constantly being replaced. There are always new people, and horrible serviceman never getting back to you when they are suppose to. General manager is never in the office, and does not call back even though I have left numerous messages. Last, they told me I was due for 30K Mile service (my car is at 71,000 miles now). I took it in and paid a ton of money for it. a few days later, when I printed a report on carfax.com, I realized they had already done my 30K mile service a few years ago at the same dealership. They basically made me do it again! :( This place is a scam. I wish they would close down and have a decent dealership open for service. Don't waste your time.

When I got there only one of the two were there and the one that was actually there was advertised at $16000 with 15000 miles. It was actually $17999 with over 40000 miles.
