Their physicians are good, but their staff are unprofessional! I do not recommend to anybody because you will be screwed due to their lack of communication The other day, I left work early for an appointment I had scheduled. When I arrived there were no physicians in the office due to a co workers death. However, although it's terrible one of their members died, not one of their staff members called me to inform me. Due to this, I am changing my neurologist. When I called to cancel the appointment I rescheduled because of their lack of communication, the lady who answered my phone call had an attitude with me. I've been 8 years and I've found them to always be highly responsive and thorough. Whenever an issue comes up where I feel I need to see the doctor, I get an appointment quickly. More often than not the same day I call. I can't speak highly enough of them. read more

We have been seeing Dr. Cerroni at this location for over 20 years and are extremely glad to have her as our family primary care physician. She pays attention to you when you speak, explains things clearly, and always spends as much time as she can with us each visit. (With the requirements placed upon them by the insurance industry, you can't expect primary care physicians to sit and chat for a long time...) She is certified in both pediatrics and internal medicine, so she cared for our whole family. If it was just a rating on Dr. Cerroni, it would have been 10 stars. Only four for the sometimes inconsiderate office staff, but that's something you experience at most medical offices these days. read more

I've been going here for my primary care needs for about 8 years now. I've nothing but positive things to say about them. I have found them highly responsive. It's easy to make appointments, people follow through and the doctors don't rush you. They actually take the time to really listen well. They are great in my book. read more

I actually used to go to the Unity Health Network in Stow but was very unpleased with the treatment I received. I have a hiatal hernia and they just didn't ever want to send a script for my medication that I get for free with my medical so I haven't been able to afford to take it for over 6 months now. The first time I went there I complained of arm pain which I was previously diagnosed with golfers elbow at another place and before the doctor even glanced at my arm she said "we don't just pass out vicodin and percocet". I was extremely insulted but since Robinson Memorial can't help me I was forced to hold my tongue. Now just to be clear I'm in no way shape or form a pill popper nor I have I been prescribed to those things in the past and it's not even like I'm skinny or anything...I definitely don't resemble someone who does stuff like that. Then after 6 months with them or so I'm talking to a physician there and she said "she would not be able to spend even one day in my brain"....because why? because I'm bipolar... you don't say anything like that to a bi polar person. I mean I didn't go to college or hang a certificate that says I accomplished something on a wall but even I know the difference between write and wrong. Now finally I went there because I found an infected bump on my belly after I got back from Nelson Ledges. I Thought it could be a staph infection and I just wanted to know for sure... I said that I hope it wasn't something like mrsa so she said she would prescribe me antibiotics for it.. Now I'm pretty sure that the test for that kind of staph is a simple nose swab and she didn't even do that. I ended up having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics she prescribed me and I had to have them send different ones. I ended up calling the Unity Health Network in Kent and set up an appointment..which I missed...that was my bad I have a horrible memory..but I thought maybe if I just went to a different office they would be more caring...well weeks later the infection is still here antibiotics didn't work and I get a certified letter in the mail saying that they are no longer supplying me with care but gave no reason just medical release forms. So here I am...on Yelp and first chance I get I'm going to call the corporate office and let them know that I am a member of Yelp and that I posted about how "wonderful" my experience with them was... everyone share this if you could... we must not let them treat anyone else in this manner. Gee...I wonder how much better my experience would have been if I wasn't on Welfare? Update: I called the manager and she didn't call me back. I called her today again to complain about my treatment and mysteriously, she already knew who I was. She said they dismissed me because I missed a few appointments. I do not believe for a second that the reason for dismissing me from their had anything to do with me not showing up to my appointment. Most of the time the reason I couldn't go to the appointments was because I couldn't make it there. I live 40 minutes away. That is why I tried to find a closer office. Show me the piece of paper that says if u miss more then so many appointments you will be terminated from their care. Judging by the ladies attitude on the phone I doubt this has anything to do with a missed appointment. People don't like to hear that their business isn't up to par. Switching offices and stating to the secretary on the phone that "I'd like to see a doctor that actually cares one that is opened minded and isn't judgemental" is the real reason why they don't want to help me. I had to wait for about an hour to see the doctor. This reminds me of my experience going to chain dentistry as well. I was seeing Dr. Michael. He was rushing from another room, and woke me up in time for my check-up. Everything went very smooth, however I was very confused why it took him so long to see me. Well, it's a typical, HMO/Medicare/Clinic type of setting where they're trying to see as many patients as they can in a day. I am quiet disappointed with the appointment, knowing that I do have a PPO insurance. I had a blood work done as well, however the technician was very apathetic to who I am. I just felt I was like a meat on a chopping block assembly line. I would not recommend coming to this practice. I traveled for almost an hour to get here, and very very disappointed at the service that they've provided. I needed to get my annual physical for work at last minute and I had to suffer. read more
