**Worst salon experience ever**
I am extremely unhappy with my experience here. First, the price advertised online was not what I was charged. The website stated that a blow\-dry was complimentary, but when I showed them the website, they had to correct the information that same day and still did not honor the complimentary blow Dry even though they saw it was listed online .There were also additional charges that were not clearly listed online. Price was wayyyymore expensive More importantly, I went in specifically asking for blonde hair without brassiness I said it a million times I have been getting my hair professionally highlighted for years and know what works for my hair and always achieve a beautiful blonde when done correctly .was reassured that I would get the blonde color I normally have, even though they didn't do anything that other stylist do i absolutely did not get the result i was left with extremely orange, brassy hair that honestly looks like clown hair. This is honestly the worst my hair has ever been
I paid for a full head of highlights, yet large sections of the back and entire areas were left without highlights had significant regrowth, and the left side was barely touched compared was shocked that this was considered a full head.
The toner was also left on for far too long, and my hair is now more damaged than it has ever been.I had an important event this week and instead of feeling good about my hair, I am embarrassed and extremely upset about how it looks and feels
Unfortunately, I also did not feel that the stylist was confident or experienced with the color I was asking for, despite reassuring me that she could achieve it. the salon owner had to keep showing her what to do . Made me
Extremely uneasy and nervous The salon itself also had an unpleasant smell when I walked in and looked very rundown .
Between the unexpected charges, not honoring the advertised blow\-dry, the uneven highlights, the excessive brassiness, and the damage to my hair, this was an absolutely terrible experience. I would **not recommend this salon, especially if you are looking for blonde hair.Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Theres a lot
